They kept me informed of the timing to get the car back and gave me a loaner car to use while in service. Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

June 2026, I purchased a new Silverado RST that I absolutely love. I travelled from Dallas GA, and when I got there and tried to start the new truck…nothing….wouldn't run. Not a good start, long story short, I walked away and got a call from one of the managers as I was driving home. Here’s where GOOD customer service comes into play. I spoke to them via text for hours, they gave me multiple alternatives at the numbers I was looking for, I travelled back down the next day and out the door in less than 3 hours with a gorgeous new RST truck. Now I was an extremely irritable customer due to the original truck I’d travelled miles to see that didn’t work, however, they did make it right and were very good to me making sure I was happy when I drove away. They screwed up BUT they fixed it for me quickly and decisively, I will definitely consider using them again in the future.
