Alot of features at an affordable price. Very clean and well maintained suv. Has alot of power and has a quiet smooth ride. The premium sound system is incredible.
Arrived before my scheduled appointment. Sasha promptly set me up for a test drive even though he was working with other people. The car was great and I was out of the facility in half an hour with all the documents in my hand. Next day went back to pick up my BMW. All cars looked super clean and the transaction was simple and transparent. Loved it. Thanks

This luxury vehicle has all the bells and whistles. Great, reliable engine and very comfortable ride. Also has great interior and exterior styling. Used for both transporting family and gear, no complaints.
Service Manager, Ray, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to offer options. Knows his customers, and follows up on outcome.

This is the nicest car we have ever owned. We traded in a Yukon Denali and thought this would be the same but a little nicer and it is completely different. The touched of class inside and outside of the car make it a beautiful car we enjoy driving.
I just wish to start off by saying the customer interaction is beyond an excellent rating. From the moment I arrived till I left, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. From Ray in service to the sweet cash out receptionist my experience was a 10+. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for any unexpected service, but I felt very comfortable all because of the way I was treated. The waiting room is clean, bright and pleasant. The staff be it an employee walking thru the room or to the first service person that greets, there is a level of professionalism in everyone. A warm smile, nod or a "good morning" goes a long way in todays world. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a new car maybe sometime in the spring, and because of the service I received even from the day I purchased my car, I will return to Colonial.

I was buying my first car and this was the third dealer that I visited. RT28 Motors is by FAR the best one that I went to. Everything about the process was simple, quick and painless. From the test drive, to questions, to the buying process.
I was expecting to have to haggle, be played with and have to jump between different agencies (bank, RMV). It was the complete opposite. Harry and his team were awesome, helpful and supportive. The whole process was a couple of hours and I went from looking for a car to a completely satisfied BMW owner. I would 100% give Harry my business again and recommend this dealership to anyone.

HEATED SEATS ARE A JOKE DON'T EVEN GET LUKE WARM, DEALER SAYS THAT'S JUST THE WAY THEY ARE, FOR $100K THEY SHOULD WORK. I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?
We are previous Cadillac owners and knew the XTS4 was the one for us. We researched this important purchase by on line sites as well as lots of local test drives. When looking at the Norwood Cadillac site, we found the exact car for us and at a great price. I contacted Nicole through the on line portal and much to my surprise, was contacted immediately. We came down the next day and were warmly greeted by George Belovich as soon as we entered the service floor. We drove the car and made the deal within 45 minutes thanks to George's expertise and obvious experience in sales. When it came to pick up our XTS4, he explained the many features of the car to us and made sure we understood everything before we left. Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
I had a chatter in the rear end of the car when turning and accelerating from a stop. My service advisor, Anthony Longa, helped me by taking care of the problem. He got me a courtesy vehicle while my Cadillac was being serviced. I believe its the service people who are the most important to a successful dealership. Best of all my Cadillac is perfect thanks to Anthony and the techs.

Like everyone else, I did plenty of research before heading to the dealership. I was already a Cadillac owner. Ed McMullin took the sales process one step higher. Despite the fact that I was already planning to buy an XT5, he was thorough about explaining all of the features, improvements since the SRX and completely impressed me with his knowledge of the car and enthusiasm for the car. He is the only car salesman I can say I have been impressed by. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him. Sadly, however, I'm the only Cadillac owner among my F/F. Maybe that will change once they speak with Ed! Thanks Ed!
Cadillac Cutting Corners

Cadillac has begun to cut corners. $100,000 vehicle came with Bridgestone tires (8th rated); owned 3 other all with Michelin (#1). Terrible ride. No more!
I went in to look at a used truck and ended up purchasing it that day. The process from A-Z was extremely easy and they worked with me through the whole thing. If you need help ask for Alex. Highly recommended.

Have had many problems transfer case failed once and I think it’s doung it again . I like the styling inside and out just wish it was more dependable for 100k
After a few weeks of incredibly horrendous salespersons, I came across Elio Espino of Cadillac of Norwood. What brought me there is that they had the used vehicle, an Escape in the color and the options I was looking for. From the time I met Elio until I drove off with my Escape the process was nothing less than exceptional. No pressure and more knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot than one would expect. I would never buy a vehicle just because of the salesman, but I sure have walked off my share of lots because of them.
Simply put, if you are looking for a Cadillac or other fine used car you surely won't go wrong with Elio at Cadillac of Norwood.
Worst Escalade Ever Owned!

Cannot wait to get rid of this Vehicle. Rides very hard, Transmission Rough. Lousy Vehicle for $100,000 when I do find an out it will not be Cadillac until they get there product right. After all an 8 Speed Transmission in 2016/2017 then a 10 Speed in 2018 do to the Problems with the 8 Speed. I should not have to endure there in errors in judgement for my Large Investment!!
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
I've had 3 Escalades. All had problems.

The vehicle looks beautiful. All three Escalades rattled from around the drivers compartment. The Bridgestone tires on these vehicles are horrible. The whole vehicle shakes for about five minutes before they warm up. The dealership was wonderful in trying to solve these problems. Vehicle number one was a lemon and was replaced by GM. I still would consider buying another but the Escalade but for sure is not worth 90K.
First time experience with Medway Auto was such a great encounter especially with Robert Hurley the Sales Rep. Overall experience with them is exceptional. The Service Department also did very good job on my car. A big thank you to you all.

Plenty of room for family and car seats. Smooth ride. Comfortable. Reliable. DVD system for kids. Moonroof. 6 CD/DVD changer. NAVIGATION system. Heated and cooled seats.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

Great car to own and have for traveling. It drives better than any car I have ever driven. Smooth ride, it hangs close to the road, and it is quiet.
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
