Martin Chevrolet diagnosed the problem, in this case the clutch on my Z06, then took immediate action to repair it. I really like Martin Chevrolet. I highly recommend servicing your car here. They don't mess around and give you excuses. It's a business they take seriously.

I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!
I brought my 2015 SRX into Penske as I normally do when I am about to leave town. In this case I was going to Las Vegas. I made my appointment on line which is very user friendly. Upon arrival I was greeted by my advisor. He described the items that would have to.be completed and the amount of time it would take to have my SRX in tip top shape before driving thru 100 degree weather on my way to Vegas. He had the maintenance items completed on time and I was on my way.
I called and left messages for the service rep. to call me back regarding a spare tire kit. No return call back.at all. My questions where answered when I went in for service. I was told he was the only one to answer the questions. Not Good.
If you guys are looking for a new/used vehicle, come by and see Rachel Ishii. Very good, friendly and hard working salesperson. She did everything she can to help us get the best deal on our 2019 Suburban. When I found out a week later that the vehicle was missing a couple of parts that was supposed to be included in the vehicle, I contacted Rachel and let her know the issue and she help us resolve the problem. I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else. Abay, the finance manager and the team over there were awesome as well! Loving my 2018 Crosstrek!

Took my daughter-in-law and grandchildren shopping for a used car. We were on a tight budget and had looked at literally hundreds of cars over the past two weeks. We were starting to get discouraged, when we saw our dream car at A-Lux Auto. The price was great, the car was beautiful, and I thought there must be a catch. It was late in the day, and we were unable to take the car to our own mechanic for an inspection. So we spent the extra $150 for the Contract Cancellation Option, just in case it turned out there were hidden problems. The $150 bought peace of mind, knowing that if something serious was wrong with the car, we could return it with no questions asked. The next morning our mechanic checked it out thoroughly and told us that we got a GREAT car! We were all doing the happy dance. We've had the car for over a week now, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. SO glad we went to A-Lux! Oh, and by the way, they were extremely patient with a screaming 2-year-old during the purchase process. I highly recommend this dealer.
