Very easy experience getting a car from Sam...He was patient and knowledgeable about the car we wanted...When we had more questions he bought his manager over to try and accomodate us the best he could.

I LOVE THIS CAR. The interior is beautiful as well as the exterior but I happened to see the interior a lot more so that’s why am commenting on it. It drives beautifully I got the black rims with the White Cadillac looks gorgeous
The service at Bay Ridge Chevrolet was great. They opened early and had no wait. Burt was great because he explained everything wrong w my car in detail and proposed solutions. And when I went to pick up my car, I felt like it was brand new. A plus.

Upgraded from 2004, and got exactly what we wanted. It takes time, but we were patient. We finally found one local to us after months of searching.
I worked with Mike and was looking to get a used Mazda 3. Although my credit was fine, I guess i didnt have a strong enough credit history to get a loan with out needing a cosigner or more money down (both which I wasn't able to do). He explained my situation to one of his managers and i was told they will continue to work on getting me approved. Its been almost a month now and no progress has been made. I cant even get a hold of Mike. Ive called/texted him many times and he hasnt gotten back to me. If you cant get it done for me thats fine. But at least text me and give me an update so i dont feel so left in the dark. But anyway, although he seemed like a nice guy in person (never felt pressured), the fact that he kinda ghosted me put me off to this place. Probably wont ever come back or recommend this place to anyone. Get back to me and maybe ill change my mind..

very awesome look, very spacious, handling and performance is great, all the safety feature are very handy, the price was right,and the warranty was great.
My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Love the look. It will handle in any type of weather. Safe and reliable. Cargo space is a little bit smaller due sunken space underneath. Lots of features that are automatic like headlights and wipers.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This SUV met all my needs, extra leg room and comfortable seats with all the bells and gadgets. A very eye catching SUV that make people stop and watch as you pass by.
Really a great experience. Roy M was extremely patient, informative and insightful resulting in me happily purchasing a Malibu I had only planned to look at. We needed a large vehicle to transport kids and their stuff. It is the best car I’ve owned! Never any problems. Carfax will show a couple of issues, but will be explained to interested buyers. Needs to be seen and driven. It is a beaut! Only selling to upgrade to platinum due to sore backs. Second owner.

It's a car in its class, other then second row seats this vehicle is a nice ride, the back seats leg room is a bit tight and the center console take to much room from the rear seat access. With nearly 225" long the second and third row seats legroom are not adequate.
Otherwise the Bose audio system is amazing, the info center is Okay, the Steering column shift is way way out dated come on needs to be changed immediately.
Last year we purchased my 2016 Acadia, told the dealer we would be returning next year to purchased another truck. Well its that year and we didn't even think to look at another car dealer. Went straight to North Bay and met with Petar. He was, funny and easy going. Showed us what we were looking for and fell in love with the Chevy Tahoe 2015 Black LTZ. Petar made sure to communicate, contact and keep us in the loop with everything, rates to financing.

I had been looking for this car for 9 months , looked at hundreds of cars on several websites, love the room will fit all my blended family. Can have 7 people in it and have room for luggage for travel . Love all the power of it and the looks and comments I receive.
This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. Top notch vehicle isn’t saying enough. The exterior is elegant and sharp. The interior is luxurious and cozy. There really isn’t anything this vehicle doesn’t have or can’t do.
My experience at Pepe Cadillac was a 10/10. Jasson, Sam and Ron in service did above and beyond customer service for me and make me feel like family when I go there.

2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum
The biggest, baddest vehicle we've purchased to date! Very comfortable, nimble, and the interior is fantastic. Interior is covered in leather and suede. 4 HD screens with blu ray players. Dual front seat massaging features. Dealer option Cadillac branded WeatherTech floor liner. Now we can take the kids on vacation without worrying about cargo space. Heck, I can even put a small portable potty in the 3rd row in case we pull into a shady looking gas station! I probably won't, but there is room back there for that. Best of all, we purchased it from a great dealer, Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale, AZ.
The sole reason to use a particular Dealership Service Department is simply, "They have earned my business". I have multiple Dealerships that are more convenient but you have to use the one the just gets it done. Gets it done with a smile, professionalism, and never pushes for items I do not need, but makes sure I am safe. Kudos to Ronnie and his outstanding Team!

Transmission problem and condenser hard to get

I had a problem with my condenser in the beginning of the summer twice and dealers told me it’s back order for 3 months I’m gonna have to stock up this winter for next summer. I had to pay $1000 after market to keep going for the summer. Transmission is kicking when changing gear at 10 miles dealer can’t figure out what’s wrong can’t fix it.
