I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.
It is simply a Bentley truck for under $100K.

Top notch vehicle isn’t saying enough. The exterior is elegant and sharp. The interior is luxurious and cozy. There really isn’t anything this vehicle doesn’t have or can’t do.

I took in a older car for service, my service representative was Danielle Jackson. My first thought was , because my car was old (2004) and in just for an oil change and the free 27 point check , which I made clear, the service I would receive would just be minimal. Well was I wrong , Ms Daniell treated me like I was Fields best customer and was there to have a fleet of cars repaired. I have never had such service, I have had other cars and always will take my car back to the dealer at least once a year just to make sure it's ok and than back to the more conservatively priced shop for the oil change. I often take my BMW in for service and there is no comparison Fields is the best. Danielle took care of me made sure I was able to have something to eat and drink, (which was the best omelette I have had in a while). But the clincher was that I ended up having to leave my car, Ms. Danielle was able to explain just what the problem was and gave me the best service ever. I really was surprised of her knowledge of repairing my car. Well I had to leave big red Danielle put me in a loaner until to car was ready. I wish I could take my BMW to Fields for service.

2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum The biggest, baddest vehicle we've purchased to date! Very comfortable, nimble, and the interior is fantastic. Interior is covered in leather and suede. 4 HD screens with blu ray players. Dual front seat massaging features. Dealer option Cadillac branded WeatherTech floor liner. Now we can take the kids on vacation without worrying about cargo space. Heck, I can even put a small portable potty in the 3rd row in case we pull into a shady looking gas station! I probably won't, but there is room back there for that. Best of all, we purchased it from a great dealer, Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale, AZ.

It is important these days to give credit when credit is due. Last week, I had my deville serviced for the first time at Fields Cadillac of Jax. I must tell you that I am very impressed with All of the services provided. My Deville had some issues with the ac that Goodyear could not find. They told me to bring my car to the dealer. First contact really does make a difference. Ms. Danyale Jackson greeted me. She presents herself well and is a good listener. My car is a 2004. I explained to her my ac situation. It is 100 degrees in Florida and I work two jobs. I spend alot of time in my car, and ac is much needed after a hard days work. I told her that the ABS light came on as well. The ac issues was a part called the ac pressure sensor connector. This was the part that Good year was unable to locate after several times of going to Goodyear. Spending Diagnostic fees. It was also determined that the wheel hub needed replacement. Then the motor mounts. This was all determined by the Fields Mechanic. I was concerned about my transportation. getting to my jobs and such while my car was being serviced. Ms. Jackson took car of this by lending me a vehicle so that I can get to work. I was also concerned about the cost. Thinking another Diagnostic fee. Ms. Jackson took care of that as well. Thank you again Ms Jackson. Now, I take care of my car, so I purchased the extended warranty from a company called Delta auto protect. This company is hard to get a hold of and is not worth a half star of a review. I told this to Ms. Jackson, and she handled everything. I must admit that I was apprehensive about going to a dealer, but now I am actually looking forward to my next service at Fields Cadillac of Jax. Frederick

My service advisor Nate Vargo hooked it up and took care of my issues. The customer liaison Jackie Pounds was the nicest person and made the wait enjoyable even though it was not long. The fresh made chicken salad sandwich and baked cookies out of the oven were not bad either!

It's a car in its class, other then second row seats this vehicle is a nice ride, the back seats leg room is a bit tight and the center console take to much room from the rear seat access. With nearly 225" long the second and third row seats legroom are not adequate. Otherwise the Bose audio system is amazing, the info center is Okay, the Steering column shift is way way out dated come on needs to be changed immediately.

Sales person Kenya Ellis-Walker helped us filter through the choices we had researched. She is knowledgeable, relaxed, patient and listened to us so that she understood what each of us in this couple wanted. She is great. Plus the whole Car Max experience is pleasant because you can flip among comparable cars of different makes and compare then and there. And you are not pressured at all because the sales people are salaried--the entire experience reduces stress and gives you more choice. Good for people who prefer space to think and options to compare.

The ride is like floating on a cloud. Very very quiet. Outstanding sound system. We traded in a 2012 Escalade ESV ,which was a great vehicle but the 2018 Escalade ESV is fantastic.

Excellent ! I just recently purchased a used 2017 Chevy Traverse Premier from Fields Cadillac in Jacksonville Fl. with very low mileage. I cannot express enough the gratitude for such an awesome experience dealing with Fields Cadillac in Jacksonville especially the Salesman Travis Felder and KR Magee who handled all of the registration and Insurance documents. I had been searching the internet on various car dealer sites, and called a few out of State and emailed a few in Fl. I decided that it would all be easier if I purchased in FL. I was not in the US at the time, so was relying solely on the integrity of the Fields Cadillac and the Salesman . I called Fields and spoke to Travis Felder about a Chevy Traverse I had seen on their website, while speaking with Travis, explaining exactly what I wanted, and would like for the vehicle to be delivered to my home in Sarasota, he was walking right out to the vehicle, giving me a play by play on the condition of the vehicle, which I might add was very detailed, he promised detailed photos of the exterior and interior and all of the vehicle info on warranties that are still in effect. All was emailed and received within minutes as promised. The plan was I was flying in to Tampa a few weeks later and had arranged to take possession of the Traverse at my residence in Sarasota, Fields organized the delivery by to very nice gentleman, which I must say the whole process was all carried out to plan and on time by Fields. Everything about the Traverse was as Travis had explained to me over the phone, My wife and I are most pleased with our new purchase and it drives like a Premier dream! Regards, wayne Sarasota

The styling and finishes inside and out are fantastic. The Cue system on the 15 isn't my cup of tea, as it's tedious to navigate radio stations and takes your eyes off the road. Performance is great at 39k miles. I'm still rolling the factory rubber and have some life left on them. Other than oil changes, no other regular maintenance has been required yet. We have had 2 warranty issues. The panels behind the doors on both the driver and passenger sides came loose and were causing wind noise at highway speeds. Also, the car refused to go into gear one day. It was the transmission solenoid. That required a tow to the dealership. I got a loaner 16 Escalade as a loaner and noticed that it seems to drive a bit better. There was a transmission change in the 16s. Pros: Styling. Amenities. Comfort. Towing capability. Finishes. Cons: 1st year run issues.
