2023 Cadillac XT4 review
Just purchased my 2023 XT4 and I love everything about it! I purchased from Cadilac of Mahwah in New Jersey and I could not have had a better experience! They were wonderful!!! Super easy to work with, no issues at signing like I have experienced at other dealers. The whole process was super easy! Hate car shopping but this overall experience at Mahwah Cadilac was incredible! The car itself is so deceiving it looks small but the interior has so much room the options are amazing! My 6 foot three son even commented how he is no longer feeling squished like he was in my previous SUV. Highly recommend the XT4 and Cadillac Mahwah and trust me I am not easy to please!!! My sales representative was Paul the manager and paperwork was with Cirillo and they both went out of their way to be so helpful and attentive!

I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Had a great buying experience with them. Purchased a used Navigator from out of state, flew in to check it out and was greeted at O’Hare by a wonderful gentleman that took me back to the dealership, it was a great ride back being picked up and already being texted about the details upon landing. The used Navigator was waiting for me inside and had be perfectly detailed and was ready for a test drive, the moment I got to the dealership. Salesman Tim was awesome to deal with throughout our entire buying process from answering all questions and doing a video call walk through on the vehicle before commenting to buy it. The Navigator was as described, they worked with us to hold it while waiting to get everything arraigned to make the trip to buy it. They even had all the numbers for financing and extended warranty done prior, so it was a simple deal of signing the documents and then proceeding on a 6.5 hour drive home in a wonderful Navigator, even in Chicago traffic. Highly recommend using this dealership and will possibly be back for future purchase as everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to work with.

Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Highly recommended if you're sick and tired of typical care selling people who just want to your money rather than caring about helping you.
2023 Cadillac XT4 review
Only have the XT 4 for a month. Really enjoy it. Gas mileage could be better but everything else is what I anticipated. Priced just slightly more than "lower priced SUVs."

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.
2023 Cadillac XT4 review
I love my XT4 I owned a XT5 before and loved that as well. The only thing is I wished they would make adaptive cruise a standard feature on all especially since it has everything else. I know the car companies do that to bump the price however I believe it should be on all, for safety.
