I was going to go to one of those quick drive-through places to get an oil change, and it would have cost more than $60! I went to the Brandon Auto Mall and was taken right away, relaxed with a cup of coffee, and paid $29! Much better deal.

At that time I was not ready to trade in my 2008 DTS....???that I loved so much???. I had purchased it new from your showroom floor in 2008. Karen has kept in contact with me for the past 4 years, advising me of the new models. In October 2018, while having my car serviced. Karen informed me that she had a vehicle that I would be interested in. After taking a test drive in the new XT5 and contacting my wife, we decided it was time to trade. Just leased a new Infiniti through Ron Murray at Lokey Infiniti. Ron was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership. Ron ran the numbers for me on several vehicles so I could consider multiple options. Great pricing and good communication throughout the whole process. My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.
