Took in all 4 of my vehicles. Service was completed in a timely manner. Excellent service department. Mike Eaton is the best service consultant.
2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

dealerships on how to treat customers!!!! This was the BEST dealership experience we've ever had in our lives!!! Chris Dargan was amazing!!! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient. The only bad thing about Bert was that he wasn't a "Dallas Cowboys" fan!!!! When you're ready to purchase your vehicle and you want to be treated with dignity, come to Rizza!!!

We walked in looking for a new or lightly used Cadillac. Coach Novak approached us and was absolutely fantastic. He was right he isnt a typical salesperson. He wasnt the typical slick talking, fastmoving stereotypical sales guy. He was respectful of my wife and my time and our needs. We got an great deal on a beautiful Cadillac. Thanks Rizza and Coach for all your service and attention in our new purchase.

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. We have found a car guy and dealership that will always have our business.

Zeigler Cadillac of LincolnwoodReviews
Zeigler Cadillac of Lincolnwood review
I visited the dealership to check out a used car for sale and was met with a warm welcome. I had a great conversation with two sales associates, who were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in had already been sold. However, the sales team remained courteous and did not pressure me into considering other vehicles. Our conversation was open and relaxed, making for a positive experience. If I come across another car at this dealership, I would gladly return. Thank you

Steve West in the Finance department at Schepel Cadillac was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, thorough, and efficient throughout the process of helping me select a protection plan for my Cadillac. Steve took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and always had my best interests in mind. I truly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Sapaugh GM CountryReviews
Sapaugh GM Country review
I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.
