Nice people and they not out to scam you and thats rare very rare. They are very up front and gimmicks or game running and they let you decide what you want to do instead of just trying to get paid if they sell you a car.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!
We went to Infinity for a used car we saw in their website. Spent the whole day with Kevin and when we left we were both driving new used cars. Very helpful. Not at all pushy. Very nice showroom and customer area with tv and drinks. Thanks guys.
The employees of this particular dealership were very nice! One of the owners even introduced himself and thanked us for stopping in. It felt more family friendly- even had a couple sweet, gentle dogs walking around & playing!
We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.

I stopped in to Medina Auto Mall.. Right from the beginning they were very friendly and answered all my questions. Me and my wife ended up buying a used van and we would definitely shop there again.
Our sales consultant, Scott Vadasz, was very knowledgeable about the CTS Cadillac we purchased and did a great job of explaining how to navigate the dashboard. Lots of features and options are available ! The hard part will be remembering everything. Scott's followup on a list of things to take care of with the car was spot on also.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
