Having my Cadillac serviced at Sarant couldn't be easier. They don't have a swanky waiting room like you find at some other luxury car dealerships, but every employee there truly makes you feel like a valued customer, from the service manager to the custodial staff.

The service has been wonderful from the first time I brought in my car for service. The purchase of our New XT -5 from our salesperson John Nassour easy to work withand very professional. Your dealership is neat,clean and makes one feel extremely comfortable. Thanks for having such wonderful people that work your dealership as well as the service you provide.

I came here to simply look at potential cars for me to lease, where we were greated by Joe Carnes salesman. I didnt go in here thinking i would be able to lease and take home a 2019 car that i would be able to afford. My credit is not great by any means. Joe was able to help me and get me into a brand new 2019 Chevy Malibu at an affordable monthly payment. Prior to this me and my father had walked out of Hyundai simply for the lack of professionalism. If you cant trust the person your talking to, how can you trust what they are trying to sell you. I recommend Atlantic Chevy Cadillac to everyone, especially people like me who think its not possible to drive off the lot with a brand new car and affordable monthly payment. Go here and ask for Joe Carnes - he was truly amazing and the best service i have ever received at a dealership.
I came in with my son looking for a used vehicle. It was my son's first car, and we weren't trying to break the bank. Keith found us an inexpensive ATS AWD and it fit into my son's budget. I had a great experience here, and would come back again!

This is my second purchase through Pepe Cadillac and there is an obvious reason why I keep coming back. The service I received from this dealership was and always has been exceptional. My salesperson, David Persaud and the business manager, Frank Raniilo, both understand what it takes to sell a luxury vehicle... make your customer feel like the most important person in the room and give them what they want. I will continue to come back to Pepe as long as they continue to give me exceptional service.
The sole reason to use a particular Dealership Service Department is simply, "They have earned my business". I have multiple Dealerships that are more convenient but you have to use the one the just gets it done. Gets it done with a smile, professionalism, and never pushes for items I do not need, but makes sure I am safe. Kudos to Ronnie and his outstanding Team!
