2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

2021 Cadillac XT5 review
I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". 2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Just a very good, reliable, solid, powerful, and nicely styled vehicle. A little small on cargo, and electronics are OK, but not up with current trims with other companies. Have some Update error on downloads, but that's about it...15,000miles, still like new.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!
