I bought this car in July 2020 w/30M...it was a rental rocket in EXCELLENT condition...tires were 8/32 so had recently been replaced before I purchased...the only repairs I've needed to do were both common with the XTS - had to replace that worthless CUE system because it froze and wouldn't respond to the DIY reset...also had spider web in the glass, another common defect...had leaks in the rear shocks, another known issue with the XTS...other than those 2 things this car has been amazing...the best Cadillac I've owned and this is my 12th one...I've been driving Cadillacs most of my adult life and this by far the best one, to the point I don't even mind having to replace the 2 items I mentioned...currently have 67M and only had to change the oil and rotate the tires

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. I have owned many Luxury vehicles over the years with several of the beings Cadillacs and this one sits near the top. I bought this one owner car for my wife a few months ago with 33,000 miles on it and it's like brand new. The quality of materials is top notch and the fit and finish is second to none. The only thing I would like is a little better acceleration from dead stop. I love this car!

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.
