The 2023 Cadillac escalade is absolutely beautiful, it has more features than anyone needs, (which makes it fun) Nice technology. Beautiful interior finish, beautiful exterior. The only downfall was on delivery we had a cut in some leather that GM stated was not a factory cut and they would not cover it, as well as a scratch in the window that they did cover. I find it frustrating that they so easily can deny any damage to the interior even on the day of delivery! The part is $1500.00 for a small piece of leather armrest, thank goodness Hansen motors in Brigham City were amazing and stated they would take care of it. We love the car, I just wish the Big GM would be a little bit more proud of their delivery and do a little better on the Pre-delivery and have ownership when something maybe wrong.

my service was oil change and emissions test for plate renewal. Drew Casey and the person that created me as I was pulling into the garage. They were professional, kind , considerate , patience, with not only me but with all ..the room ran like a well oiled machine. Plenty of space to get a seat without being in someones space. thank you ELCO

Purchase was great price for a quality auto with many options. Provides a quiet, comfortable ride fo a great price. No quality issues so far. Sapaugh in Herculaneum provides great service that can't be beat.

ELCO identified and replaced a cracked wheel on my 2019 Corvette Stingray. The replacement wheel was not readily available from Chevrolet parts but after 3 months and 3 bad replacement wheels, they got a good one in and installed. They were very courteous during the whole ordeal.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

They answered my questions without annoying me. I just came out of open heart surgery and will be doing nothing for seversl weeks

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Anyway, here was my review: I know I start my reviews out about the same every time, but I feel it is important. Anyway, I guess you can consider this another 'mixed' review for my 11/29/2022 service visit. First of all, as always, Kim is a wonderful service advisor. Actually, I request/require her as my service advisor every time. She keeps me up to date on the status of my vehicle, fixes billing issues as needed, and informs me about extra services that are due, but she is not pushy about them. Also, for this particular visit, after some discussion, she was able to apply my special coupon. That is all the good news. Now for other news. For my review prior to this, I complained about the huge price increases and removal of some complimentary services. When I did that, the dealer response referred me to a Service Manager that has not been working there for a year now if not longer!! That makes me wonder if they really read these reviews, or if they are just canned/automatic responses with out of date personnel information.

Best car I ever drove …..so smooth you don’t realize how fast you are going. Till you are at 90 think f-no.. lol. Expensive if caught.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

When purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership > 100 miles away, there are many phone discussions prior to the actual visit. We got all of our questions answered and our priorities set 2 days before the visit to the dealership. Joe honored all of the conditions that we had discussed previously and provided an efficient car buying experience. We went from initial test drive to driving away in our new Volvo in ~ 3 hours. Also they adhered to current COVID restrictions throughout the dealership

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

So far am very pleased with my choice to take my percious Escape here

I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.

I normally don't take the time to leave a review for anything good or bad. I'm guessing some of you reading this may be the same way, and that's okay. However, this is an exception. AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum Missouri was an absolute amazing experience. I'm not overreacting believe me. I already had preconceived negative thoughts that usually accompany walking through the doors of an auto dealership. I couldn't have been any more wrong. I was in and out with a vehicle under an hour and a half. Unbelievable! Mike in used car sales was great to work with and as it turns out hold a conversation with throughout the buying process. I have 22,000 miles so far with no significant issues. I love the exterior looks but the interior leaves alot to be desired, cheap materials,lackluster layout and a small screen. I knew about all of this prior to purchasing. The good,low cost of maintenance compared to other vehicles in the category, vehicle uses regular gas not premium like the others. My past experience with cadillacs assures me of getting over a 150,000 mostly trouble free miles.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

The CT5 3.0 premium car is fantastic. Price was not an issue when I was shopping. Compared to Mercedes, BWM the CT was best. Great power and comfort with all the latest technology
