My Car died out in the morning and decided to go find a replacement. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River IL and met a salesperson named Kadin. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price I was willing to pay. Kadin came out with 2- vehicles I might be interested in. I drove 2-vehicles he selected. I ended up buying 1 of them. Kadin gave me the best service that as a customer could expect. He went thru everything and it only took about 2.5-3 hours total from driving the vehicle to walking away with what I wanted. 2024 Cadillac XT6 review
No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
The LYRIQ is an excellent vehicle. I would recommend it to anyone getting a car. I have had mine for about 1500 miles and I love it. There is one thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars. When I backup, sometimes the collision prevention system engages and the car will stop me for no discernible reason .

2026 Cadillac Escalade review
This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Was in and out with my new truck in less than two hours. In that time we took three different trucks out for a test drive, was approved for our loan with a much better interest rate than we were anticipating and they processed our trade in with a very reasonable offer. We had a very rambunctious 2 year old with us as well as our 8 year old and they were very accommodating and understanding. They had Capri suns for the kids and turned on cartoons for them also. Out of our recent car buying experience this was the best by far! I hope we don?t need another vehicle soon but if we do this will be our first place to go. It was an hour drive but very worth it.

2020 Cadillac XT4 review
We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. 2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2020 Cadillac Escalade review
So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
First of all, we are bigger sized people with disabilities. This is the best vehicle we have found for comfort and getting in and out. It was a beautiful car and the only one my wife actually fell in love with. We bought it at 17,500 miles as an 8 year old car and drove it to 104,500 miles without any break downs. Sadly to say it got totaled 2 weeks ago but we survived. Today I bought a 2013 version of the same ESV with 30K miles and the same Raven Black.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
I’ve driven my 2024 Lyric Sport 3 since May 2024. I get stopped at traffic lights and in parking lots by people asking about it and telling me how beautiful it is. It had some technical difficulties, but nothing that wasn’t overcome with simple settings changes or software updates. It’s not as fast off the line as my 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT was, but the smooth ride and more reliable tech makes it worthwhile. It’s the most beautiful and technologically advanced cars I’ve ever driven, and I love it.

However, what really impressed me was this week I had an issue with the bead locks on my wheels. I spoke to Jerry and Alex in their service department and they were able remove the bolts I was having issues with, allowed me to use the valet service once again, and didn't even charge me for the time. I'm very happy with my experience with them so far!

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

2024 Cadillac CT5 review
I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

2018 Cadillac CT6 review
I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. 2023 Cadillac CT5-V review
Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.
