When purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership > 100 miles away, there are many phone discussions prior to the actual visit. We got all of our questions answered and our priorities set 2 days before the visit to the dealership. After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. I brought our 2018 Volvo XC60 in for the 30,000 mile check up. It needed two tires, rear brakes, windshield wipers. From service to talking to salesman to getting a loaner was great service and friendly staff. Overall very satisfied. Only complaint is, the amount of work done should have been broken down for each item. I was just told the total price. I understand Volvo parts are higher than aftermarket but don’t let that get out of hand! Could be a big issue on complaints!!

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Would I buy another car from them, yes. Is Bob Chitwood a thoroughly great salesman? Yes!!! He was soooooo good at his job, my bestie-who was with me for the test drive -also drove off the lot with a new car. Love. Them.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I had an excellent experience with Jay out of the Charlotte office. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jay. I purchased a car from the 1990's and he took extra pictures to make sure I knew the true condition of the car and all the issues. Jay went above and beyond what I expected and even took delivery pictures which were much appreciated!
