I decided to test drive the Tahoe. Due to an earlier appointment on the Monday that I had I couldn’t make it to the dealership until their closing hour of 7pm. Vanessa and Robert stayed late. We test drove the vehicle. I decided to purchase the Tahoe. Vanessa had already had the Tahoe detailed and all the paperwork ready. Robert did the financing paperwork. He had everything ready. They were very patient and not pushy. I really enjoyed my experience there. It was the quickest buying experience that I have had but not rushed and no pressure. Went to test drive a new vehicle they had in stock - we had researched the features we want and this one was a close match. Made an appointment the day before. The salesperson reached out soon after I made the appointment. He greeted us when we arrived at the dealership the next afternoon and right away went for the test drive. Liked the vehicle but noted that it was missing a couple features we really wanted. However, the salesperson was very good, he did not push but indicated that he would be able to offer a good deal if we would consider the vehicle despite it missing a couple features. We said let?s see the numbers. He came back with a decent offer. I countered and that was accepted - just one round of back and forth. Only thing we could not agree on is the trade-in, so we took it off the table and completed the paperwork in the next hour or so. Everything was handled very professionally and without any outward sales pressure. Only underwhelming part is the vehicle delivery experience compared to my recent experiences with two BMW and Mini deliveries. The salesperson drove the vehicle to the front and handed me the key. Felt like he was ready to call it a day.
