I also dealt with Tom Lumley, finance mgr and he too was very personable and efficient. It was a painless experience and i was extremely satisfied.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

Excellent work van I have all my shelving in it plus a gang box and I can still fit my Harley in the back. And I still have room for my dog

Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

I don't like car dealerships. I think too many of them are shady, or outright crooks. So I went into 112 Mitsubishi distrustful of anyone that works there. 112 Mitsubishi was the opposite of what I expect from dealerships and my experience with 112 could not have been better. First, my salesman, Juno, is a great guy and made the experience pleasant from the beginning. Friendly, helpful, not pushy whatsoever. He made us feel like he cared more about my wife and I getting what we wanted, on our terms, than he did about selling a car. When we initially walked away because it was out of the range of what we wanted to spend, Juno was great and didn't push at all. Rather than push to try to sell us something cheaper, after we left, the new owner, Franco, and GM, Jerry, got involved and authorized SIGNIFICANT financial concessions on their end to get the car we wanted into the price range we wanted. That was a gesture that impressed us both a great deal. Our finance advisor was great too! Thank you very much Juno, Franco and the rest of the team. We will never go anywhere else! Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.
