Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls review
Salesman Emil English was very prompt in responding to my inquiry regarding a truck listed on the website. Emil went above and beyond by providing detailed information about the vehicle, sending additional photos, and being very flexible in scheduling a test drive. The finance department was extremely efficient in securing a lender and thoroughly explained the financing terms. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend that prospective customers not hesitate to do business with Boucher Ford. Thank you Emil English !

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! We worked with Jairo and is always willing to answer our questions at anytime taking our worries away. I work in sales and can see the Hussle they put in.

Set up a test drive online with no issues on a car that had arrived the day before. Dylan was great to work with and provided clear feedback on my offer that made it easy to come to resolution quickly. Left with my car in quick order. Alpha MotorsReviews
Alpha Motors review
Moving across the country from San Diego, CA to MKE, Wisconsin for grad school during a global pandemic is daunting enough...researching and purchasing a used car in a completely foreign state with no prior connections, family or knowledge of "real weather" is downright terrifying. After traversing across greater Milwaukee and visiting a multitude of dealerships with less than ideal experiences, I have truly found both a "car home" away from home and quite honestly a family in Alpha Motors, New Berlin. While the cozy, clean, and welcoming dealership itself is the quintessential representation of a proud family-owned business, Yanni and his team are world-class when it comes to their detailed knowledge about cars and passionate commitments to customer service. Yanni literally spent HOURS on the phone with me over the course of a week as we went over each and every single detail and feature I was looking for in a used car. I felt as if I was talking to a mechanical engineer, sales manager, fellow customer, car enthusiast, and friend all in one. He supported me both in my personal research/opinions yet extended so much insight, experience, and knowledge that truly made me feel like a confident and informed consumer. Alpha Motors strives to uphold their strong family values not only within their business, but within their customer service and relationships; they genuinely function on the model of finding the best car for YOU and build relationships with their customers as if they were selling a car to one of their own. THANK YOU so much Alpha Motors! You have a lifelong customer, fan, and friend, and had we not been observing social distancing, I would've given your team both a handshake and a hug :)
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Mike Murphy Ford review
When I purchased my car, the service was excellent. Nathan was a great salesperson to work with. Recently I locked my keys in the car, the manager, whose name I believe is Mitch, was so very helpful and made sure that I was able to unlock my vehicle. I definitely recommend Mike Murphy to friends. I've been extremely satisfied with my Taurus and the service team.
2014 GMC Savana 1500 review
Rode great, towed great, good solid truck for all. Great value and keep its value very well. Fun to drive and I would by another GMC again anytime.
