I purchased a used truck from AN-Timonium. When buying a used vehicle, it should be understood by the buyer that it's a used vehicle and the dealership cannot predict failures if they we're not disclosed. In my case, there was an intermittent electrical issue. AutoNation immediately took the vehicle and tried to repair it themselves while putting me into a very nice loaner. I picked the vehicle up and a few days later, the problem re-occurred. AN didn't hesitate to take the vehicle back and put me into another loaner; equally as nice as the first. They then had a RAM dealership try to fix the issue at their cost. I am extremely happy with the service and the communication from the key people at AN. In particularly, Ron, the Sales Manager. He was fantastic in customer service!

I explained my situation to him, and he was very understanding and willing to work with me to help me get into a vehicle that worked for me. When they asked if I was ready to get a vehicle today, I said yes, and they made the process so easy. The process did not take long at all. They let me look around the lot, choose the vehicles I was interested in, and test drive them. I was also able to do my own walk-around and inspection of the vehicle, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out to me was how upfront and transparent they were. They even provided me with the Carfax report for the vehicle without me having to ask for it, which I really appreciated. That showed me that they were willing to be completely honest and transparent about the vehicle I was purchasing. Everyone was very kind, professional, and respectful. I never felt pressured, and I never felt like anyone was trying to hide anything from me. Justin really listened to my situation and worked with me, and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am very happy that I chose to come here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially if you want people who are honest, upfront, and willing to work with you. I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. 2019 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Kevin was very nice, seemed good at his job and well spoken, good guy. Vlad was fast, professional, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. 2017 Nissan NV Cargo NV3500 HD review
Super heavy duty. Scary strong engine. Excellent price point. Great reviews from guys using them as fleet vehicles. Exceptional warranty. Cons: Thirsty! Large turning circle. Loud fan clutch. Partition with 3" offset still leaves less room than desired for tall drivers.
