I arrived in the afternoon, vehicle was detailed, gassed up, and the paperwork began. They gave a fair number on my trade. Everyone in the store was pleasant and great welcoming crew. Chris the general manager introduced himself as well and made us feel at home. Nice facility. Before long i was on my long drive home in a brand new stang! this is our second ford purchase and couldn't be happier!

They had a good selection of pre-owned vehicles in the model we wanted. Stacey the finance guy was rather rude and condescending. If the car had been strictly for me, I would have walked out and gone elsewhere. Also, if Brian had not been so fantastic, my rating would have been a 3 at best. We love the car, however Stacey needs lessons in proper etiquette and treating people better. Fortunately, we did not need financing, or most likely would have gone elsewhere.
