Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

My recent experiene at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte was outstanding !! My Client Advisor, Miguel Chirinos, made the entire process smooth and stress free. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me during the entire process. Miguel took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. I truly appreciated his honesty and dedication to providing outstanding customer service rather than pushing for a sale. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jacob Moldovan! He went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and made the entire car-buying process so much easier. I had a specific payment in mind, and he practically pulled a rabbit out of a hat to make it happen! I truly appreciate how hard he worked to help me get into a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. He was helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to making things work for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, definitely ask for him!

Ali was an exceptional Salesman. The car buying process can be so miserable with pushy salesmen and lack of transparency. I?m not sure most Salesmen realize that being honest and genuine person goes much further. I hope Town and Country Ford realizes what a gem they have with Ali on their team.

This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Melanie, Tairon, and Todd were the trio I never knew was needed. I walked wanting a Bronco Badlands, and I walked out with one! We did go back and forth abit about financing but with Melanie and Tairons persistence, they got me where I needed to be. I even gotten a screen protector installed as well. The staff there are also very playful and laid back and not too sales pitchy. Thanks guys!

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

Stateline Chrysler Jeep DodgeReviews
Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge review
I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Stateline 11 years ago and had every service done at the dealership. I now own a newer Jeep Wrangler and continue to have Hector Rivera at Stateline oversee all service work. Whether it's an oil change, mechanical repair or installing a lift kit/wheels and tires, I only trust Hector at Stateline to take care of my Jeep. I especially love the videos they text showing you problems needing the be addressed with a detailed explanation of what needs repair. This is transparency at its best as dealerships and mechanics often get a bad name for misleading customers. Stateline has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, honesty and transparency. I won't trust my Jeep to any other dealership.
