I spoke with Adam at the Sterling Auto Sales Franktown dealership looking for a specific vehicle at 4pm. He had it delivered to them the next day as I traveled from out of town. The vehicle was ready and warmed up for me to test drive when I arrived. No high pressure sales, the vehicle was clean, loaded with extras, and drove perfect. I have been going to Berkenkotter for 8 years now buying my 5th wheels and cars. I feel like they are family and they will bend over backwards for you and your needs. I will only go to them for my cars and I just purchased my 3rd 5th wheel today. If you want to be treated RIGHT then go see them in Castle Rock. Everyone who works there including the owner is awesome and treat you like a part of their family.

I have driven this vehicle for 14 years. We have a large family and it was perfect for taking kids to school, after school events, out to eat, you name it. Plus all the rear seats behind the driver and front passenger seats are removable so it doubled as a moving van. I was able to fit a queen bed in it. As far as performance goes, it has lasted a long time with regular oil changes. We have only just recently had the ball joints replaced in the front and serviced the rear A/C. If you find one that has had regular service and has been taken care of, it will probably last you 100,000 more miles.

We purchased a truck in Jan 25 and on the way to bring it home we encountered some issues with the truck, error codes and other issues making it undrivable once we arrived home. The entire group at Family including the owner worked very hard to make it right and was able to fix the issues. They transported the truck back to the dealership and worked with their mechanical group to fix the issue. No one was more valuable in the process than Terry with NextGen Automotive. Terry went above and beyond in this very long process. He was so professional and worked tirelessly until he and his team were able to find and fix the issue. Terry kept us up to date and still reached out even when the news he had was not so favorable. Terry also transported the vehicle back to us in a different state once it was finally operational. Terry is without a doubt the only reason things went so well in this ordeal. He is a true asset to both organizations. We appreciate all that Terry did for us and we truly value Family Truck and Vans for standing behind their vehicles. This was a very unique and unfortunate event for all involved, but their commitment and integrity will have us returning again.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
