Very good overall experience. My salesman Harry was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole purchase went through smoothly. The couple of minor issues (as it was a used vehicle) were taken care of by the service department and it was ready for pickup on time. Thanks guys!

Lombard Ford IncReviews
Lombard Ford Inc review
My experience with Lombard Ford was extraordinary. The website and online information are accurate and well organized. As a result, it is easy to shop for cars only and find a car that fits one's needs. In addition, it was straightforward to set up an appointment for a test drive. Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy. The level of detail of his explanations was outstanding. He went above and beyond when discussing the multiple financing options available. He puts his clients first at all times. He was genuinely interested in understanding our situation and made enormous efforts to get the best deal for us. He will not give up on you. The buying process was smooth. Mark showed us the car in detail and gave us a tutorial on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. He took the time to help us connect our phones to the car, set up essential safety features and other essential aspects that helped us understand how to take advantage of all the available features. The car model we found in their dealership had all the features we were looking for for a price below the average for other Ford dealers. If you decide to buy a car from Lombard Ford, Mike will make sure you know every single detail in the contract, warranty, car maintenance and service, and much more. After we bought our car, the CEO Rob Lombard came to meet us. He was happy to know we had bought our vehicle and congratulated us. He expressed his gratitude for us choosing his dealership and offered help with anything we may need in the future. We had such a pleasant conversation. It made us even happier to have gotten our car from them. Lombard Ford is a true family, and they will make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I am highly impressed with how much they dedicate their time to provide the best experience to their customers. It has been the most outstanding business experience I have ever had. I highly recommend anyone considering buying a Ford vehicle to take the extra time to drive to Barkhamsted, Connecticut, and get to know this wonderful place.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From Linda at the front desk to the Finance manager who took extra care to make sure I understood everything about my auto loan. My sales guy Chris B, didnt apply one drop of pressure. He just did what I asked and that was to sell me the car I wanted. I let Chris know I will be returning to him for my next purchase.

I bring my fleet vehicle here for repairs/maintenance. Other dealerships have treated me like a second class customer because the fleet company pays for everything. I have never once felt that way at Sullivan's. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond for me at times. My husband became a loyal customer here because of their great customer service.

I stopped to look at a vehicle on the lot and met John Nadeau. The vehicle was not exactly what I wanted. I gave John my info and not long after received a call. John said they went out and found the exact vehicle I wanted. It was perfect. John was amazing throughout the entire process. Always kept me up to date on everything and was super friendly, funny and so nice. I not only recommend Kia I absolutely recommend John Nadeau!! Go see him.

Thank you to Vlad for our beautiful jeep wagoneer! He spent time sending us videos and talked to us numerous times over the phone considering we couldn’t look at it in person. It is everything he said it was. Thank you!
2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

Trust Auto review
I reached out to Trust Auto regarding a Toyota 4RUNNER. I was immediately contacted by Frank. I unfortunately contracted the flu virus which put me out for over a week. Frank was very patient and professional and checked on me every couple of days. I had a trade which I was going to trade in on the Toyota. I am located 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, so I was able to take pics of my trade and without even seeing my trade in person, I feel that Frank and Trust gave me a fair trade in value. I unfortunately decided to go a different route with selling my car privately to a coworker and not replace my car. I never did purchase the vehicle from Trust, but dealing with Frank made me 💯 % comfortable and I would definitely give Trust the opportunity to earn my business in the future. Thank again for all of your help during this process.
