Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. I contacted the dealership about a truck they had advertised, asking if it was still available. Adam a sales manager told me that it was and asked if I had a trade. I provided the VIN for my trade and he gave me an awesome trade in value. My wife and I then drove over an hour to the dealership. Once there we were met in the lot by Ed a salesman. Ed had the truck I called about parked out front. After a brief conversation my wife and I took the truck for a ride. When we got back and talked numbers we came to an agreement and we purchased the truck with no hassles. This made our purchase a pleasant one.
