He is not one of those high pressure sales people and he really cares about YOUR needs. He will bend over backwards to get you the best price! He had to wait a couple of weeks for me to work out the money end on my deal with no pressure from him. I thought I would be so intimidated by the processs but it was so streamlined and straightforward...no high pressure. The staff was amazing. Mason was patient and took care of all the time consuming tasks. He connected my phone to the vehicle, added my vehicle to the Cadillac app, transferred my Sirius XM and on-Star to the new vehicle and I received my license plates right at the dealership. No going to the DMV. All these little things mean alot to a person like me with limited technology knowledge. In addition, they made arrangements thru the dealership to get my new vehicle home. The day I went to "Holiday" was a true holiday! I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

My experience of buying our new equinox was outstanding. Will was a great salesman. The issue I had was the charge of 850.00 for preping the car. The interior was not cleaned very well, windows very smugged and streaked. Dash was not cleaned well. I had washed and tires treated by me before I brought it in. So that was the issue. Will again was a great salesman.
