2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

This review is honestly just a thank you to Chris Perez at Paradise . I was walking through the lot trying to clear my head because I had a lot going on mentally and emotionally. It was really hot outside, and Chris happened to notice me while he was out taking pictures of vehicles. He came over just to say hi. I told him I wasn’t looking for a car and was honestly just walking, and instead of trying to push a sale or make things awkward, he just talked to me like a normal person. He offered me a bottle of water, asked if I was local, and we just started having a genuine conversation. For some reason I ended up opening up a little about the struggles I’ve been dealing with, and he told me he understood better than most. That alone meant a lot because sometimes you feel completely alone when your head isn’t in a good place. We ended up talking about life, family, and just trying to get through hard times. He mentioned how he’s basically been around the dealership since he was 13 because his dad worked there, and how he met his wife there and now has three daughters. It didn’t feel like customer service or someone trying to sell me something. It felt like a real human conversation with someone who genuinely cared enough to listen for a few minutes. At one point he told me that talking about things can actually help and said something I’ll probably remember for a long time: “If not talking about something hurts this much, might as well see what talking feels like.” That honestly hit me hard in the best way possible. I truly don’t know where my head would’ve been that day without that conversation. What probably felt like a small interaction to him genuinely meant everything to me in that moment. I didn’t know how else to thank him because my head really wasn’t in a good place at the time, so I figured writing this review was the least I could do. Chris probably has no idea how much that conversation helped me, but I’ll always appreciate it.

Five Stars Across the Board ? Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I recently bought a vehicle (Equinox EV , and I have to say?this was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car. I absolutely freaking love my new Equinox, and from start to finish, the process was seamless, clear, and even enjoyable! I walked in only knowing one thing: I wanted an EV. That?s it. The salesperson asked me just a few thoughtful questions about my needs, and after test-driving only two different models, I found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. It was like they intuitively knew what would suit my lifestyle best without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Working with Chris Keppel on the financing and contract preparation was especially outstanding. He was not only incredibly efficient and organized but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I walked away understanding my financing terms, my lease obligations, and even my options for potential future changes. That kind of clarity and transparency is rare?and I really appreciated it. What stood out most was how the great service didn?t stop at the sale. I was told there might be follow-up regarding a possible lease upgrade, and sure enough, they actually followed through?offering me an improved rate and the option to re-sign if I wanted to. That level of attention and care is something special, and it shows they genuinely value their customers. The entire process was comfortable and low-pressure.
