Used Chevrolet Cobalt for sale under $10,000 near me

Bought the car used. Only issue I’ve noticed on them is the rocker panels seem to rust on a lot of them, but that Is a cheap and easy fix if you buy the clip ons. Overall a good car for the price.

This is a great car. Totally love it. It has 1800 miles on it/ 2005 purchased/ but now over 138000 on it. I want to see it turn over one more time to hit 200k. All highway miles. Handle well on the highway. Headlights are not the greatest. It stopped on me driving at 60 mph which was not good. Power steering is getting bad. Outside paint job on top is the worse I have had on any car purchased. My Cobalt still going and its 2021.

I Purchased a 2013 MiniCooper Roadster from GEG. I was on the internet and visited 7 other dealers before contacting GEG. The car is immaculate, inside and out. I owned a 2007 Cobalt LT for 6 years as a daily driver. It was by far one of the best and most reliable cars i've had. never once had a problem with the drive train. The biggest issue I had was having to replace ball joints frequently. parts are very cheap and readily available just about anywhere. It always got 30 mpg on the highway and kept up with traffic well.

Wonderful experience with the manager of Auto City. The Chesapeake location was closed on Sunday but I was able to text him on his cell and he was prompt but without being pushy. We scheduled a test drive and everything was smooth with no pressure. He was firm on his price but the price was good so I cant blame him. My wife loves the car and thats the most important thing! Our phones were not connected to the internet so he even allowed us to use his desktop computer to do a application for financing ( and leave this review LOL ). Great spot to shop for cars and a wonderful group of folks to work with. I also enjoyed the cars.com site too.

Car rides nice. Very clean. A bit of a hum when driving but according to other reviews this is normal and you can't hear it over the radio. Ac is ICE COLD!! Even for a 12 year old car. So far so good. Only had it a day so time will tell.

Nice folks to deal with, bought a clean used 2008 Chevy Avalanche with 120k for a fair price (Jeff was my salesman). Truck had some minor issues, a missing back up sensor, and a loose plastic panel on the tailgate. They fixed them both asap, and I bought the truck. A good deal all around, I would buy from them again. If you understand the used market, I'm sure you'll find a great deal there on a vehicle.

This the second cobalt i have owned and it?s still a fun car drive. It?s like driving a go cart and handles wonderful.

10 years old; still looks great surviving Canadian Winters w salt. Aluminum wheels corroded; bought all new non GM wheels. A few recalls; who cares because they give you a better car while in service. I had a huge new Impala; was too big. Cobalt only had one electric repair ( the emerg hazard switch) Fantastic Hwy mileage close to 50 Imp MPG. Actually exceeds EPA rating. Great ride; fantastic stereo w subwoofer in the huge trunk that is lined like a fine car. Yes I've had 5 other brand new GMs prior. This one is better except for the back seat. I have 2 door coupe. Gonna keep it until a major repair.

Love this car! A Chevy Cobalt is a good car to put custom car work into. Like a Fast and furious or Need For speed style car that is Not expected to be customized. I personally think Cobalts are alot better than what people say they are. They are really reliable and if you treat the car right, The car will treat you right. It's got a good safety Rating as well.

Finding a reliable, well cared for, low mileage and reasonably priced used car can be a daunting task. It does not have to be... I bumped into Oswego Motors quite by accident. Spoke to Chad on New Years Eve having seen a car on the website that seemed suitable. I drove out to the dealership that afternoon, and found the car inside and cleaned up ready for me to view. Chad walked me around the car and we discussed not only the condition of the car, but also what I was looking for generally in a used vehicle. I bought my 2009 Chevy cobalt at 52,000 km for $4,600 in 2014. This car was bought to replace my 2002 Volkswagen Jetta (I would never ever by volkswagen again nothing but expensive problems). The cobalt was a manual transmission, very basic model. It was a fantastic car for me, and the car treated me well. Affordable and never any major expensive fixes needing to be done. Regular maintenance and oil changes every 5000km or 3 months (which ever is sooner) will keep this car reliable for you. Only issue I had with mine was rusting on the drivers side door that I should of dealt with sooner (I live in a very cold climate of Canada where the weather is terrible on vehicles). 10/10 would recommend. I wish I could buy this car new today. Unfortunately someone ended up side swiping me and ultimately writing the car off at 210,000 km. I think the car would of lasted even a few more years. Great car if you’re not picky and needing all the bells and whistles of a fancy car. For a small car was even good on cargo space, we took it camping many times and it was just fine for couples camping.

I had a very good experience dealing with Kuehn Motor in Rochester. Jay in Sales was knowledgeable of the vehicle and I was not pressured in any way regarding the decision to purchase. I thought their asking price was fair and also the trade-in value I was given for my car. The vehicle needed a New Battery and Mike (Sales Mgr.) reimbursed me for the cost right away. They didn't have to do that being the vehicle was purchased 'as is'. So my take away is the team at Kuehn takes CARE of their customers !! Would recommend them.

Bought my SS Supercharge in 2007. We did have one issue with the wiring. Took it to the shop, was given a rental car, no charge. And since then nothing to complain about. It still looks new in and out. I'd recommend this car.

I love my Chevy cobalt. I have a ‘06 LTZ Chevy cobalt. I have reached a high limit of miles on the car and it still drives great. The only problem I’ve had is with the Electric Steering. I had to replace my Rack N Pinion. Other than that it’s a pretty reliable car.
