I'm writing this review for everyone to view and recognize the exceptional experience I had purchasing my second vehicle. I went from a BMW 3 series that was giving me constant issues to a 2015 Buick Encore. Dan Turk has been the most generous understanding salesmen, even with my trade in. He provided the best customer service a fearful car buying customer could come across in such a competative industry. There certainly need to be more salesmen like him and will care for you after you drive that large purchase off the lot. Thank you Dan, now a friend and forever a customer!
KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! I was completely satisfied with working with Kirk Johnson in buying a 2019 Ford Fusion.. He was able to get the best deal on the trade in on my 2013 Fusion and the the most discounts on my new car.. Kurt was also very helpful in getting the leather interior that I wanted instead of the light putty interior that the car came with. As a first time buyer, I went to Ford with just the thought of looking around. But at the end of the day I left with a new vehicle for a great deal! I was very thankful for Justin who was very patient and answered all my questions about the vehicle agree was able to work with me on finding a truck I actually enjoy!
First made contact with dealership to pre-qualify. Process was hadled very quickly and Bessie provided an exceptable rate for our credit rating. Vehicle was listed here for $29k roughly but their site shows $30k. Initially that caused concerns, but after seeing the car I understood why. Inside the SRX are multiple ink marks on the roof and tears within the seat leather which could cost a feww hundred to fix. The on the back of the trunk is a scar about 6-8 inches in length. The photos did not show the damages. I asked to negotiate the pricing to have the car corrected but the associates and management declined to reduce the price just $1700. I hope you have a better experience and good luck to Pursch selling that scar.
Only reason i am not giving 5s is because i had to return the following day because i wasn't getting enough for my trade. Although i did go upside down on my trade, Ancira did have the best pricing for my Atlas. The customer service was great and i was happy with my purchase.

Bought a 2018 Silverado 1500 LTZ Crew cab from these guys. They were one of very few that had the color combination I wanted. Truck was very heavily discounted, and ended up being cheaper out the door than 1LT offers from other dealerships. Justin Salazar and the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous, with zero buying pressure.
Cody and the tech team worked until they found the source of the strange whistling problem....and everything they did was covered under warranty from a previous service that was done there before I bought the car from a family member. They even had multiple technicians AND the department manager ride with me to listen to the sound, to make sure they knew what they were listening for and finally get it corrected. And they assured me that if I heard it come back when the weather warmed up again, I just needed to bring it back and they’d put me in a loaner car again. It was like finding a needle in haystack, but they never complained or argued about me “hearing things.” Great place, great people! I always feel like a person, not a number. :)
Richard was great! No pressure and patient while I considered and reconsidered my options. Richard would be the reason I’d buy from Vara again. I appreciated the customer walk-thru with Richard showing me the different departments and introducing me to each department head, as well as receiving a small gift from each department and the coupon book. My Vara experience was top notch due to the escorted walk thru after purchase and Richard’s excellent customer service skills.
Thanks to Johnny Robles we are now the proud owners of a 2018 Traverse Premier. Having gone to 5 other dealerships prior to visiting Vara, we had horrible experiences. We had no intention of purchasing when we did because of our previous experienc- we just wanted to test drive and talk numbers. But, because of Johnny and everyone at Vara, we walked away with a new vehicle. Thank you so much for all you did. We will definitely be repeat customers! By the way, 5 stars isn’t enough!
My husband and I traveled to Vara from Houston to purchase a pre-owned Tahoe. The experience was wonderful from start to finish! This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had.
