When we walked into Honda of Lincoln Scott Reineke greeted us at the door and asked us what we were looking for. We didnt have a big budget but he didnt treat us any differently. I can't say that about some of the other dealerships we stopped at that day. Scott treated us like we bought a $50,000 vehicle. The process was super smooth. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family that are looking for a car and will 100% be visiting Honda of Lincoln for our next purchase.
If you are looking to buy a Honda, I would highly recommend going into Honda of Lincoln and working with Calvin West. From our first interaction with him to the actual purchase, Calvin was genuinely interested in listening to us and getting to know us and not just trying to get a sale. He and Manager Andy Goodyear gave us an extremely fair price on our trade in and ensured that we were heard when negotiating what we thought was a fair price for the new vehicle. Calvin was always available to talk and/or text during the negotiation process. He made us feel like we were the only people he was working with at the time. To cap it off, Justin Wiley in Finance was extremely knowledgable and professional and helped finalize the deal.
It is such a comfort, and truthfully a surprise, to discover that a dealership has their customer’s best interests in mind. I was very distressed to find a crack in my Subaru’s windshield within 3 weeks of having it replaced (at another business). I came into DuTeau Subaru in Lincoln and spoke with Steve in the service department. He went out of his way and brought various parties together to replace my glass with no charge to me! I truly appreciate Steve in the Lincoln, NE DuTeau Service department.
Subaru builds Great automobiles...but when buying one you also buy the dealership! I think this is the 11th or 12th Subaru we have purchased/leased from Duteau Subaru. They are the best...sales, management, service, parts and even the body shop. You are always treated with respect and outstanding customer service! Sales Associate, Dan Belling did a wonderful job again on our Subaru purchase.
I was ready to sign and walk away with a 2018 Mazda3 when we decided to check to see if my car seats would fit and when they didn't they tried to find a vehicle that did that was still within my parameters. Unfortunately, nothing worked for my wants/needs and I was able to walk away without pressure. Tobin Wolfe was so great to work with!! Highly recommend him for any car buying needs!

Probably one of the easiest and best experiences buying a car. No stress. Saw the car online, exchanged a few emails with Ben, agreed to a price and then flew into Lincoln Airport where Ben picked me up. In a matter of fifteen minutes I was back on the road on my way home. Ben is easy going and honest. I am sure I will be back.
Came in about 2months ago to purchase a car . Ty was very nice , & definitely knew what he was talking about . This was my first time purchasing a car & I was nervous about being over charged. Terrance great salesman found what I wanted and Ty made sure my payments were not breaking the bank with my monthly payment. Seriously the best in Lincoln no doubt !!
Hector did a fantastic job being my salesperson. He communicated with me efficiently and effectively via email and phone since I had to search for a vehicle out of state. His consistency to answer any questions that I had without being a pushy salesperson made the entire process much easier!! From the first initial contact, to the finance process, and sending the paperwork overnight, my first-time car buying experience conducted online has been so easy and great!!! Bryan was friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was probably the only used car lot I ever left wishing I could have stayed longer. I bought a car hassle free in no time. I strongly recommend you buy from Bigler Motors.
Our trading experience could not have been more wonderful. Absolutely no pressure or tactics just a laid back honest approach . I recommend talking with Ty Willcoxn in the sales department when you stop in you will be glad you did thanks again Ty we are loving the new vehicle!!!!
