We bought a used Toyota from starling yesterday . Everyone was nice , professional ,helpful and knowledgeable. We went to two different dealerships before starling and it was horrible . Starling was wonderful they made buying a car an enjoyable process. They were so organized I was able to drive my new car home the same day .I would recommend them highly.
Lauren carnprobst was absolutely great.She was very very helpful in our purchase and followed through all the way . Service department was a little lacking we had 2 concerns they fixed the main one . But you Can Trust Lauren her word is gold .
Looked at BMW 7 Series, Tesla day before...and left with a new Tahoe thanks to Finian Mayotte and everyone there. Tom was amazing. He went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the service done to the car. The technicians could not figure out one of the problems I brought it in for so he had them keep it an extra night to really look at it. They could not figure it out but I was impressed he took the time to listen and really stay on top of the problem. Great service.
