This is the car that I sought out, discovered, and purchased. So far, it has served my needs and I am very satisfied. I will continue driving GM products.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Most dependable car I have every own.

This car is comfortable and has lots of room for my grandkids to ride in. I love this car . It is nice looking and rides so smooth with great gas mileage.
The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.
Brett Mayberry helped me and he was excellent with customer service and quality. Very fast service. I will definitely recommend friends and family for service from Don Jackson.

I like car a lot except for the car turning off whenever you stop (gas saver), really a pain and wished there was a way I could turn that off but other than that everything else about car is PERFECT!!!!
Again my sales lady Crystal Ward was on point. Third time and this to was a charm. After talking to a internet salesman, I told them that I only deal with Crystal. She called me and asked if I was ready to get out of my 2014 Chrysler 300 that I bought through her in Aug 2016. I said yes and she went to work. She did this while I was still at work and called me about 3 hours later and asked if I was ready to come get my new 2017 Chrysler 300. Again you came through for me and Ms. Dorothy. Thanks again for your help and the professionalism you display time and time again.
Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
Flavio Cepeda and Kim Smith were my salespeople and they were remarkable. Awesome experience from start to finish! I got a phenomenal deal on a brand new Silverado. I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
Being in the car business myself I really expected to be sitting in the dealership ALL DAY! This wasn???t the case when I purchased my vehicle at Nalley Chevrolet in Union City. I was literally in and out of there in no time. Shanteria and Trosky were the sales associates I was helped by and they were great. Jay in the finance office is also hilarious and has great conversation. I appreciate all of you guys! Love my New Camaro !

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
I worked with Trosky Davis who took Excellent care of me and my 3 young daughters. I came in the dealership, met with Trosky and simply let him know what my needs were and what I had been facing with my current vehicle. Trosky heard my needs and within 2 hours he had me approved! I am still in shock that I got approved and have a reliable car for my self and daughters. Thank you Trosky, this was a fast and seamless process and I needed just that!

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.

This car is very spacious and luxurious feeling. The trunk is huge and so is the back seat. This Malibu rides very smoothly, and the acceleration is great even though it's only a 4 cylinder (also has a turbo).
From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were greeted with a smile and the experience has been like no other. Kim is easy to work with and knowledgeable, just like the rest of the Nalley team. Love our new Volt!

Not enough usb ports, very noisy ride, no cd player, interior poor, seats are not comfortable - gauges are different but looks good on the outside.
