This car is very spacious and luxurious feeling. The trunk is huge and so is the back seat. This Malibu rides very smoothly, and the acceleration is great even though it's only a 4 cylinder (also has a turbo).
On our way from Columbus to Michigan and had a tire losing air. Pulled in there and they plugged our tire very quickly. Thanks Wagner. Westerville Ohi

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.
Highly recommend this dealership. They were very easy to work with and very professional. Blaine was a great person to help us with the buying process. We were able to take our time and finalize everything in a couple days upon our request. He was not a pushy sales person which was awesome. Not always easy having two little kids, but they made the process amazing!! There was two small scratches on vehicle and they had it taken care of and fixed before we picked the vehicle up. Will go back in the future.

Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
We had jimmy for our salesmen, he was most professional and honest dealer we ever had. He let us express our concerns and steered us in the right direction without pressure that we have seen from other dealers. He worked hard for us and we drove out with a ram right off the floor!

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.
Aj was great. Sounds like he will be there for us years to come. The only complaint was the trade. I see they are trying to sell our trade more then double then what they gave us. Felt a little ripped off when I saw that. Hope service will be as good as aj was us.

The Malibu is a very comfortable car to drive, plenty of interior room. Pretty good on gas mileage. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone.
Stop in and see Matt Carpenter for a great deal on a GMC vehicle. Still enjoying my 2017 Sierra and keep returning it to the Perrysburg Auto Mall when it need serviced.

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.
I appreciate Brandons time and he helped me and made my day by not giving up on me by getting me in a new car

I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked heated seats LOL. I had a Volvo previously and it had a ton of bells and whistles. I didn't need all of that. Something to be said about heated seats though.
We had problems with other dealerships treating us poorly. Nick made our car buying experience a very positive one. He responded quickly to every email, and treated us with respect. He got us preapproved before we ever even drove out and got us just what we wanted. This car has costed me more than I’ve paid for it. Every time the light goes out they have to completely take off the bumper which costs you more.
I was looking for a Honda Fit and found many listings online. I emailed several asking for the VIN or Carfax. One kept saying it would send a VIN but never did. Another insisted I should call him first. Charlie's stood out because far from hiding, it had posted the Carfax in its listing.
It was a good history, so I emailed late Friday night to say I was interested. Larry responded by email first thing Saturday morning, giving his cell number.
By the time I called he was taking the car to be checked out. When I asked if there was room to negotiate on the price, he said there was some and he'd know more after the inspection. He called back to say that it needed new tires, so he'd gone ahead and had them put on.
He then warned me that it had a broken side mirror and detailed a few cosmetic issues (it was a 2007 model) and quoted a very fair price. My wife and I drove down from Ann Arbor and he handed over the keys for a test drive. All went well and we came back to close the deal.
Matt handled the paperwork very professionally, including the Michigan title application. There were no surprises - the price was exactly as agreed. We got a great car at a great price, and had the best car-buying experience of our lives.

Quiet ride; high performance; beautiful inside and out; great on gas, plenty of leg room and head room. Comfortable ride..many amenities..did I say it was beautiful inside and out? Cajun red w/high gloss; awesome stylish wheels! I love it.
I walked in Thursday and drove off with a vehicle thanks to Michael White I had a great experience I would recommend a family member or friend there anytime. He actually took his time and really showed that he cared.

Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
