I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

I have owned Chevrolet for over 70 years but the newer they get the worse the Electricions get right now having trouble with the brakes only work when everything esle is working.

The biggest thing I got from my experience was the fact there was no pressure to buy. No pressure to hurry up and get off the lot. The test drive was pleasant. We worked with Austin V. He was knowledgeable and was eager to know what we were looking for instead of upselling us into something else. They have an awesome selection of vehicles and was very impressed with how smoothly it all went. We knew what we wanted so in just a couple of hours we were in and out and not an all day fiasco we have had at big name dealers. Will buy here again!

Everything was handled before I arrived after work that day, and he was even able to repair my tire rather than replace it, saving me easily $300+. N Luckey was assigned to me - he was very courteous and professional - I just came in for a oil change and report for Texas vehicle registration and was advised of numerous things I needed to take care of - I only had a limited amount of time today so I requested the first thing on the list of 6 to be done and will get the other items done on a later date - I texted Luckey once and he was very quick to get back to me - North Austin Toyota should be very proud to have persons like Luckey working for them and the same goes for Sharon who set up my appointment and the young lady checking me out after my car was ready which I did not get her name but she was very professional

My wife and I drove up to Koons from Ashland to look at a used car. We ended up not feeling it was a good fit, but Omar asked us to check out the terrains.
