Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

Best auto buying experience I ever had! I was searching for a quality reliable used car for my parents to use in the winter months. Decided on a Toyota Venza. After much searching local dealers came across one at John’s route 13 Auto. Was hesitant to drive the distance but I am glad I did. (The trip would be about an hour and a half away. )From the first call from Adam after seeing the car online to the final pick up , service was excellent! Steve the salesman at the dealership was both knowledgeable and helpful when I got to the dealership. His follow up service after pick up is also to be commended. The entire staff including TJ in finance and Beth with the final paperwork. Was smooth and effortless. The entire staff stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied and that the paperwork was completed so I could pick up the car the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. Like I said before was well worth the drive to have the peace of mind of getting a quality car and excellent good old-fashioned service. Thank you again to the entire staff. I'm your typical person who equates dealing with car dealers as favorably as being beaten with a sledgehammer. It's been torture for consumers for many years. Luckily for people like me the internet has streamlined the process (if you prefer it that way) to where you can handle the bulk of the transaction before having to go to the dealer to kick the tires. I basically want the finances done before I ever leave the house. Then if I go and like the car I can almost just sign and get out of Dodge(or Buick in this case) and leave behind all the staring salesman that look at you like chum as soon as you walk through the door. So bottom line we started the transaction through email and indicated that we wanted to have the financing approved and set before we came for the test drive. They had no problem with that. The manager called after we did the online application and gave us our options. We then set up the visit. Everyone was pleasant, even the guy at the greeting desk. We did the test drive, dealt with the dreaded finance guy, who was also pleasant, added a warranty which was presented very easily and cleanly, signed the deal and got out without any hassle or pressure. Maybe some people prefer the old school way of visiting the dealer and test driving first, then sitting with all the relevant actors, but again I want to be there as little as possible. Basically sign and drive. That's what we asked for and they delivered with smiles all around. I would recommend to a friend.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
