2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

After reading some of these reviews, I am writing on my experience as I don't think Cartersville GA Riverside is getting the credit they earned and deserve. It was a very wet and rainy morning as I was driving through the dealerships in Cartersville GA looking for a new/used truck, went to all three on Main Street, then to the Ford dealership on Tennessee Street, driving up one row then back down the other, at no point did a sales representative come out into the pouring rain to greet me. I then drove through Riverside no sooner i had made my way down the first row in the back of the lot, a young lady walked out to my car and introduced herself as Christina and ask if I needed anything. I replied no thanks I am only window shopping. She said okay let me know if you have any questions. I eventually drove away as I didn't see anything that caught my eye not within my price range. The next day I went looking the dealerships in town, this time I had my son with me to help me pick something out. Again raining and cold outside we drove through all the lots, still nobody bothered to come outside in the rain to greet me, we even stopped the car and looked at the sticker prices on several trucks at many of the dealerships. One last stop, Riverside Buick, as I pulled into the lot he came Christina with her red little rain jacket on walking up to my car, she said hello again, is there something I could help you with. I then told her I was looking for a truck within a certain price range and had to be able to tow my camper. She immediately pointed out three trucks to look at and went to get the keys. We spoke on pricing and financing possibilities of the two trucks I liked the best, but due to financial reasons I couldn't get approved with my current situation or they wanted too much money as a down payment that I didnt have. So my son and I left the dealership. The next day Christina called me she said I have three different banks that I have been approved from for either of the vehicles and asked me if I wanted to come and test drive them. I told here I'd be right there. She went over the details with me once I arrived and we took both trucks for a test drive through town she continued to say "no pressure, I want to make sure you get the truck you want" after the test drive I picked the one I liked the best, we signed the paperwork and Christina had the truck cleaned and detailed for me. And I come back after lunch and drove off in my new truck. I know this post is long but I wanted to capture the commitment and the willingness Christina had to get me into a car that fit my financial situation, my needs, and my bank account. I must have drove past 100 other car salesman during those three days and due to the rain and the cold only Christina at Riverside wanted to come outside in the weather and help me, she was amazing throughout the entire process I would never look at another place to purchase a vehicle as I am sure I will be disappointed in their service after this experience with Riverside Buick GMC I have received. Thank you Christina, and thank you to the entire team at Riverside Buick GMC for making this a very comfortable and pleasant process what a wonderful job they all did to make this possible. 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Pay attention what get in your hands paperwork throughly read it carefully and see everything they put in it such extra extra cash that you didn’t say and extra money makes it go up higher that you can’t afford the extra payment.Now you see how much gap insurance $$$ added in the paperwork and makes sure you get a lawyer go with you when getting used filthy car full of dog hairs.Makes sure you have mechanic on hand too.They will sell you a car without license which is illegal.Don’t use no co-signer.Don’t use Ally financing on new or used vehicles.Even if you pay it off tell you getting gap refunds on mailing letter.they will keep it cause you don’t qualify for it.Keep up with all your paperwork in a file and payment history on papers like print out.Get your payment down as low as you can and 84 months is long ways to go.Do research how to save money on used or newer car without all that crazy extra add on.They’re trying make money of of you even on the elderly people.Have a great day everyone
