Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

Having issues with the AC not working properly, had in 2xs for this an dealerships fines nothing wrong, tells me if it happens again bring back in.

Driving not as good as my 2011 Silverado 6.2 what great truck for power and performance during long trips from Baltimore to Atlanta. Other than rear brakes problems there are no major issues

Scheduling regular service on my vehicle was quick and easy. An appointment was available when I needed it. The service rep Bryan R was affable and efficient. Made me feel like a person, not just a number. The service on my vehicle was done quickly while I enjoyed a free cup of coffee and internet connection.

My 2022 Silverado High Country was involved in a car accident caused by a teen, and the truck saved my life, the emergency collision system reacted right away, prevented an even worse outcome. I can't wait to fix my truck. It's amazing in every way, its quite a looker too. I had just done a 4" Lift Kit and was about to throw on some 35s, can't wait to do that, here soon. I would recommend this truck to everyone. Chevy really did am amazing job, with inside and outside, just an amazing truck overall.

Staff was SUPER attentive and helpful. Was looking into a purchasing a used car, sadly they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. BUT they helped me and gave me so much information and assistance in narrowing down what I was looking for and aiding me in my car search. Incredibly understanding and still helpful even when I didn’t end up purchasing from them. Really shows they care for their customers and I will definitely go back to them in the future and keep recommending them!

I noticed a tire had less pressure than the other tires on my vehicle. I pulled over and saw a medium sized nail in my tire. I called The Parks dealership to see if they were busy and/or if they could fit me in; otherwise, I would go somewhere else. It was a Monday and usually they are busy on these days; however, it was Veteran's Day. First call, I couldn't get answer and got voicemail. So, I called back a few minutes later and someone transferred me to the Service dept., but no one picked up. Third time I called it sounded like someone picked up but then I got disconnected. I took a chance and went to the dealership. Fortunately, Jordan was there, took a look and saw the nail, then said they could patch it. Great! I was not wanting to buy a new tire at this time. I waited about an hour with one other person who was there waiting to have two tires fixed for the same issue. Jordan, as always is friendly and personable, and by now knows me by name! LOL! I was recently there for a 75k service in which I had something rolling around in my air ducts. The piece was found and removed; however, there is a second piece I later heard rolling around after I left. Before leaving this visit; I mentioned it to Jordan as I had forgotten about it. He said they can take a look at it the next time I come in, which is good because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait longer. In all my experiences with Parks, and I've had more than I would like to admit (of course, at no fault of there's), they are always on top of things and everyone is so friendly! Great service and customer service! They try to make you as comfortable as possible while waiting. If you don't want to wait they have partnered with Lyft (I think) to take you whereever and then they pick you back up to get your vehicle at no charge to you. Awesome!

I had the best buying experience at Mark Ficken Ford. I was out of state the Evan assisted me in securing a vehicle before I made the drive to NC. When I arrived to complete the purchase I was greeted by many of the sales staff, all with a small on their face. There?s definitely a different energy here when you walk in compared to most dealerships. Well worth the drive.

I had my second service appointment at Park's Chevrolet in Huntersville and it was absolutely great! Their online appointment system is easy to use. When I got there, Jordan greeted me. He is the friendliest service employee I have met. A great guy! Park's has an additional waiting room that is very nice and quiet. Jordan told me about it and I had it to myself. After they finished with my SUV, I asked Jordan for the complimentary carwash. He said no problem and they made it look great! Check engine light came on due to exhaust system issue. I've taken my Sonoma pickup to Liberty for service and/or repairs since I bought it NEW from them in 1996 and know I can count on them.

We had several conversation. Also text on a specfic car. They were very courteous and profrossional. During last conversation, I told them of my locating a local car that was less expensive which we then ended our conversations.
