I Highly Recommend service here.
2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Brandon did his best to take care of me and my vehicle. He had a few small hiccups, but it was a learning experience for him. Nobody is perfect and throughout the entire service experience, he was polite, cordial, created a welcoming environment, and was attentive to everything that was brought to his attention. He is a valuable member of the service department. The work that was provided by the system tech was exceptional and made visible as well as confirmed as credible. He is another valuable asset, however, I don't know his name. Please give both members of this team a bonus or recognition for absolutely fantastic service.

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
For context, I don’t buy new vehicles often. My last truck was a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. I drove it 22 years and put over 200,000 miles on it. It was a great truck, so I wanted to replace it with another one. In late November, I purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the bells and whistles and I couldn’t be happier with a vehicle. It looks fantastic, Summit White, crew cab with short bed and 20” wheels have it sitting at the perfect height. Inside there is plenty of headroom for 6 ft plus people. The seats are super comfortable and it drives and rides fabulously. The interior is amazing. My wife, who generally doesn’t care much for trucks raves about it every time she sits in it. She says she can’t believe how comfortable it is and wants to take trips in it. If there is anything I have to say that is a bit negative is how the 10 speed transmission works at slow speeds. At times, I experience a sort of surging with it. The truck apparently “learns” your driving habits, so that may have something to do with it. Otherwise, I really enjoy everything about it. Looking for another 20 years with it!:)

I had a wonderful experience working with Jacob Moldovan! He went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and made the entire car-buying process so much easier. I had a specific payment in mind, and he practically pulled a rabbit out of a hat to make it happen! I truly appreciate how hard he worked to help me get into a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. He was helpful, patient, and genuinely committed to making things work for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, definitely ask for him!

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

Gastonia Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC review
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a vehicle. I live in Colorado and found one of their vehicles online. When I called, William picked up the phone and gave me honest answers to every concern I had. Soon after, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, Jason, who made me feel even more confident about the process. They picked me up from the airport, and everything — absolutely everything — was exactly as promised. From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. These guys are true professionals. If they give you their word, you can trust they’ll stand by it. Going forward, this will be the first dealership I check when shopping for any future vehicles — especially high-end ones — because I know I’m dealing with a team that values honesty and integrity above all. Thank you again for an outstanding experience!
2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

Recently purchased and as of now, love it. Multiple driving modes, diesel, tow haul, engine brake, navigation, lane assist, zr2 pkg. Love the fuel mileage of 26mpg for a full sized truck. Nothing bad to say yet about this truck. Very pleased.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet review
I went in expecting the usual dealership runaround, and walked out with a Jeep Wagoneer and a huge smile. From the moment I walked in, the team treated me like a person, not a quota. No pressure, no games, just honest answers and real respect for my time. Jacob Moldovan took the time to walk me through the Wagoneer's features: the spacious three-row interior, the towing capability, the tech package, and the smooth, quiet ride. They let me take a long test drive and never rushed me. When I had questions about trims and options, they gave straight answers. The pricing was transparent from start to finish. What we discussed was what I paid, with no surprise fees at signing. Mateus De Azevero, Lukas Pantus, and the finance team were just as great, explaining everything clearly and finding a rate that worked for me. The whole process took far less time than I expected. The Wagoneer was detailed and ready to go, with a full tank, and they were great the whole time. If you're looking for any vehicle, I can't recommend Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet enough. Five stars all the way!

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.
