I went to a few lots before hitting cfac and i absolutely love how they helped me with finding a vehicle for my family and my man who is 6 foot 10. :) i worked with Gene and he is so friendly took care of us like we are family. The stereo does not work in the vehicle so they are putting in a stereo at no cost to me. The vehicle is spacious and roomy just what we needed. Also they helped me get financed in order to get a vehicle and i have no credit score. Thank you cfac i have been looking for a car dealership that i can go back to and i have found one in you guys.

Dean Salzer was pleasant and enjoyable sales consultant to work with on my trade of a Dodge Dakota, which was my tow vehicle, for a 13 F150 that met my present needs as I switch to a travel trailer from a motor home. Selection and variety of F150 models was vey good and I was able to find a truck that really met my needs.
Bought a new 2018 Toyota. Had for week they called said they needed more paperwork ASAP. I just have to say don’t let customers leave with the car until all the proper paperwork is in. I will not buy another car or recommend anybody to go there.

Originally went in to look at a used car that was available the evening before because I was messaging about it. When I got there was told it was sold. Wasn't happy about that. So went with Mafi to look at what else was available. Had a good experiance with him. Picked out a Rav4 that I liked. He was good to work with and got me a new rig at a price that worked for me. Northwest Chevy has been great since they took over. Bought a 2013 from the previous owners, but when Northwest came in customer service has been top notch. I just traded in a car for a new car purchase, everything went as expected. Liz was great, and other staff appeared to care. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We found the truck we wanted online at NW Chevrolet. Price was established with a phone handshake. We were greeted at the door. Every concern was answered and fixed if needed. Very smooth transaction. I would Definately buy from them again
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
