I???d been looking for a car for a few months, searching dealerships online and in person. After a few initial emails, Ryanwas very helpful in talking to me about what they had available and in my price range. The website is very responsive and is always updating so there were many options. Within the first visit, I had test driven my car, filled out all the paperwork and was able to leave with the car on a Saturday! The staff is very friendly and filled with positive vibes. I will be recommending to anyone in the tri-state area to choose Kar Korner!
Alex was recommended by a family member who bought a new CRV. We specifically asked for him and ended up purchasing a new Odyssey. We appreciated how Alex went to bat for us and definitely earned our business. He worked with sales manager Chris and clarified our questions and negotiated a fair price for our trade in. Finance manager Jim explained warranty options and was gracious about adjusting the bill after we added the new vehicle and compared notes with our insurance. Overall, Napleton staff appear to value each other and customers, resulting in a extraordinary family friendly environment and surprisingly pleasant experience. Genuinely caring people! The vanishing deductible on our extended warranty was icing on the cake!
I was hesitant at first, because I was not greeted in the parking lot. So I went inside and talked with a older gentleman, he was not pushy and seemed very nice. He was somewhat informative, he let me take the car for a test drive with no DL. I would of liked to get the price down a little more, but they di amount for it! South Beloit

I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.

I had recently serviced my 2013 Buick Enclave and as always was more than pleased with my service visit, it was an unfortunately unexpected visit, but they were able to get my vehicle in right away and provide me with a loaner for the duration of my repairs. They were very prompt and even went above and beyond the normal expected service at the time.
Recently I was told by a body man that my tahoe of three years old was rusting in a few spots, so I contacted Josh at Sawicki and we talked. I stopped by one Wednesday and he was gone and I had my mom with me and she is elderly so it was hard for me to wait for him with my mom being in the car. When I got home I called him and explained to him that I wanted to meet with him but my mom was in the car and we couldn't wait for his return from lunch. Josh said no problem that he would drive out to my house, wonderful he came out we talked about it and I explained to him that all the Tahoe's I have seen lately including mine were rusting in these spots. He said he would see what he could do and that he would contact me. the next day he called me and said he was still working on it and he would contact me. I was very impressed at this time due to him coming out to my house and communicating with me on the phone. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called him and he stated he hadn't heard anything. My husband and I both had the day off one Friday and we stopped by to talk to him explaining that these Tahoe's are rusting and I thing GM should stand by this, these are not cheap vehicles. Josh listened and again said he would keep this in mind. My complaint here is I never did here back from JOsh if they were not going to do it he could have at least given me a courtesy call, I actually had to call him again. I was disappointed that the paint job wasn't going to be done and that Josh didn't seem to call about at least calling me back. I guess since sawicki didn't get my paint business they didn't care anymore. However I use them for a lot of other things.
Bocker always does a great job! The service dept is friendly and professional. Love that they vacuum the interior after an oil change. I've purchased several cars there, and have all service work done there. I trust them to do good work at a reasonable cost.
I had an issue with a piece of metal puncturing the tire and causing a flat. Due to the size of the puncture, I knew that it would not be able to be patched. I called and inquired about a replacement tire with April who confirmed that they had a replacement in stock. I stopped in that night at 6 pm to have the tire replaced and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Exceptional service from all involved. Much Appreciated!
Awesome truck! It???s been years since we???ve bought a new vehicle and we are trying to figure out all the new technologies. Brandon was A+ in guiding us through the purchase. No pressure and very knowledgeable of all the features.
Great customer service. After dropping off my truck for the necessary repairs, I was taken to my job. When the truck was finished, it was brought back to me.
