Service was great , except when I got to GreenRiver Rd and Spring Valley my low tire light went off and Lucus Oil was close, so they aired my tires up as my back two tires were low after having my tires rotated and told the air in my tires had been checked.

Salesman Brian Trask was a great help in buying a rare car from out of state. All emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend Brian and the Romain team.
The entire process was very quick and seamless. They took the anxiety of purchasing a new car away from the buyer. From the friendly and informed staff (Travis, Kameron, Josh, and Jenny who assisted us in getting a good deal on the car that we wanted, to answering the countless questions my wife had, the entire experience was great. I highly recommend them.

Joe was great in the service department! He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He notified me and soon as he knew what the problem was with my vehicle and then made sure I had something to drive until the repairs were done. When it came time to replace our SUV, we knew we needed a 7 passenger capacity for transporting grandchildren. We contacted our salesman, Don Kipp, at Romain to advise him of our plans to trade in early summer. He said the timing would be great and that we might want to take a look at the new Subaru Ascent. Don contacted us when the first Ascent became available to test drive and we fell in love with the vehicle. Don and all of the staff at Romain Subaru made the order and purchase process was a wonderful experience. We love our new Ascent and the grandkids give it thumbs up!
I have done business with service, parts and sales at Washington Chryler several times and have found everyone friendly and great to work with. I have always been treated great, the work done has always been excellent and prices were always more than fair. Thanksgiving weekend 2015 my wife and I found ourselves in a bad situation. Our truck broke down and we were in an unfamiliar area far from home. We called Glenn in sales at Washington Chrysler in hope that he could somehow help us. He not only helped us while he was at the dealership but kept in touch with us throughout the late evening from his home, and the next morning. He made arrangements to get us and our disabled truck home. When we found it was better for us to trade our truck rather than repair it he was more than fair with the price for the trade. Glenn turned a bad situation into a good experiance! Awesome people and a great dealership! Thanks to everyone there and all who were involed in helping us that weekend.
