I recently purchased a used car. I had the opportunity to interact with many dealers and dealerships during the shopping process. My search ended at Continental Auto in Northborough. Steve and Rob were way above the competition! Smart, pleasant, polite, respectful, and honest. As a single woman there are many hurdles to cross when buying a used car. My experience here was seamless from start to finish and left me without doubt or fear!
Test drive - I took the car out myself.
Pressure - none applied.
Price - fair and without haggling, I took the car to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, he found a very small (easily overlooked) problem and gave me an estimate for repair, Steve and Rob were receptive and fair and we were easily able to reach an agreement about repair prior to purchase or adjustment of sale price.
Quality of inventory - very high.
Ease of transaction - Excellent! I put a deposit on the car the day I test drove it. They did all the paperwork quickly and easily on the day that was convenient for me.
Would I deal with them again - In a heartbeat, and I will send my family and friends to them as well.

Having done my research talked to and taken test drives at the various dealers, that had the truck I wanted, I made my last stop at Colonial West in Fitchburg. From my inertial contact with Tania to my experience with Luke I was very impressed that I had finally found a dealer that listened to and respected my approach to truck buying. Luke had just the right blend of knowledge and professionalism. I didn't get passed along to managers and Luke got the deal done for me. Jz
Overall, I had a very good experience buying a car from Imperial. I never felt pressured into buying, and Steven was helpful in explaining the different options available. With financing, Desiree was excellent and made that part actually fun. I subtracted a star only because I had to drive to Mendon for my car inspection and back to Milford for paperwork. That said, I would (and have) recommended Imperial to a friend.
I called a couple dealerships before coming across Drum Hill Autos. I spoke with John. He answered my call after hours and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
I came to the dealership the following day, test drove the vehicle and ultimately made the purchase.
I did NOT have to pay Mass sales tax and John personally delivered the vehicle to me in NH.

Mike and the team at Tyngsboro Motors helped make my wife's Christmas Jeep wish come true. I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for 6 weeks and hadn't found the right match. Tyngsboro Motors posted the perfect Jeep 4 days before Christmas when I had basically given up. It was in great condition, Limited package with low miles and the perfect colors, white exterior with a beige leather interior and dark dashboard with Nav/back up cam. Exactly what she wanted.
I thought for sure it would take 2 days of me hustling around to DCU and the RMV to get the loan and registration setup in time for Christmas. Mike setup the DCU loan on site in 10 minutes at an incredibly low rate and with no payments for 60 days!! I couldn't believe it. I didn't have to run back and forth to the bank 4 times. Even better, Mike's team took care of the insurance coordination and registration process. I was able to drive away in one visit with one call to my insurance company authorizing them to work with Tyngsboro Motors!! Total time at the dealership including the test drive was 75 minutes!! Mike and I negotiated a great price relative to the market and the whole experience was a pleasure compared to some of the other dealers I had visited previously.
My wife was thrilled and thought I had to do all kinds of gymnastics to make it happen. Please don't tell her!!! :)

Art was great to work with -- very thorough, always available when I had questions, and really knows his product. The dealership physical plant was very nice. I'd give the whole experience two thumbs up.
I was buying my first car and this was the third dealer that I visited. RT28 Motors is by FAR the best one that I went to. Everything about the process was simple, quick and painless. From the test drive, to questions, to the buying process.
I was expecting to have to haggle, be played with and have to jump between different agencies (bank, RMV). It was the complete opposite. Harry and his team were awesome, helpful and supportive. The whole process was a couple of hours and I went from looking for a car to a completely satisfied BMW owner. I would 100% give Harry my business again and recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dale was so great to work with when buying my new (pre owned) car! My husband and I came in with a budget and Dale worked to find a car in our price range but also with the features we wanted! I am so happy driving my car every day! They gave me money for my very, very used car and I drove off the lot that day with my brand new car. The day after I bought the car the check oil light came in and Dale got me into service quickly and I didn???t have to pay anything to get it checked.
