Reliable ChevroletReviews
Reliable Chevrolet review
There were none of the games you often encounter at other dealerships. They offered a fair value for my trade-in, especially compared with the low offers I?d received elsewhere. That was the first sign I was at the right dealership. Their new vehicle pricing was better than most other dealerships, and the staff were professional throughout the process. All of that, along with the little things they did well, added up to a five-star experience.

I'm a true believer in hometown buying, my co-worker's wife is a salesperson there, so I thought I'd give her a chance and man am I glad I did, Sheila went over and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with her and our purchase, I never liked "pushy" salespeople, Sheila was kind and personable and she never made me feel like I should buy their car. I will be a forever customer of Her's.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Mac Haik Madison Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience buying my 2026 Chevy Silverado ZR2 from Mac Haik Chevrolet in Madison. Evan Parker was my sales consultant, and he did a great job throughout the entire process. Evan was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and never made the experience feel pressured or rushed. He answered my questions, kept the process moving smoothly, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the dealership. Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be a frustrating process, but this was one of the better dealership experiences I?ve had. I?m extremely happy with my Silverado ZR2 and appreciate the way Evan and the Mac Haik Chevrolet team handled everything. I would absolutely recommend Mac Haik Chevrolet, and I would specifically recommend asking for Evan Parker if you?re looking for a new Chevrolet.

Effortlessly pulls our trailer, (bumper pull). It's only 6k pounds, I know that's lite for this truck but I don't even feel the trailer back there. Lot of interior room, seats are very comfortable for long trips. I have to get used to the dually back end. I absolutely love this truck. Never another ford!!!!!!

Great experience! Thank you for all your help. I will enjoy my 2015 Ram 1500
2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Great truck overall! Great styling inside and out. A little disappointed in the fuel mileage when new, but everyone I talk to says it will increase when the motor loosens up. A few minor cosmetic issues but the dealer fixed right away. Hauls my 38 ft gift wheel with ease. Great truck. No complaints.

If you're looking for honesty and peace of mind, this is the place! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt a genuine level of care. No games, no pressure—everything was clear, from pricing to vehicle condition to available warranty. I found clean, well-maintained cars at competitive prices, and the team was upfront about every detail—even the small stuff. If you want a quality used car without the headache, this is the dealership to visit. Honest people who truly care about their customers.

Dallas Cars of Texas review
Car had bad paint that would not rub out. Matte finish. Passenger door rattled when closing. Did not show sales ready. They need to fix car before I would look at it agine.
2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Drives good and Comfortable to be in. I drove it all day for work. On average I haul 5k lbs. Already at 124k miles. Problems, fuel tank and def syproblems. Which is the same problems we have on our 2014 and 2016. Cost to fix the def system was about $2500. Fuel tank problem is the sending unit 90% of the time and sometimes the pump.

The salesman John Pacheco was AMAZING and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and made the experience smooth. I felt at home and I recently lost my mom to cancer and shared that with him he was empathetic and just listened to me speak about her. In the business that he is in human kindness is important and he showed just that.

Best pulling truck combined with smooth ride and comfort. Design of the transmission keeps it cool to last longer going through torture. Dually configuration is preferred for great stability. 5 stars in my book.
