I recently bought a used truck from this dealership and I received nothing but the best service! This was the first time I ever bought a car so I was alittle nervous at first. I knew the truck I wanted to look at but Lonnie made everything super easy from there on. He answered any questions I had and gave me his honest opinions which made me feel comfortable moving forward with making a huge purchase. His personality and communication skills made me enjoy the process and downtime I had while waiting. Jake from finance also was wonderful and helped explain in depth all the options I had to ensure my vehicle was going to be protected. Overall my experience was amazing and I will definitely go back to this dealership. They made sure I was happy throughout the entire process and I felt like they were just as excited as I was to be leaving with a new truck!

Mike was very helpful and accommodating. As a salesmen myself I appreciated the effort to understand the type of vehicle I was looking for and he did what a good salesmen does. He finds the right fit, not the quickest sale. Mike put me in a 2019 RAM 1500 REBEL which was a car I never considered or thought I liked (after months of researching and testing cars) until he evaluated what my wants, uses and needs of a truck we???re. Nailed it. Got a great deal. Much more professional at Oconomowoc than the Franklin location too overall in all departments. Would recommend.

Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. After having a quite pleasant and very honest conversation over the phone with Frank I came from Chicago to see a car at EZ Motorcars. It’s very rare that a Used Cars dealer makes you feel like he’s honest. Didn’t get disappointed after the 100 miles drive, I was handed the keys to the car and was left alone for quite an extended time to look around the car and take a test drive. I like not being pressured and reassured unless I make my own mind if I want the car or not. Frank and Ed did not disappoint there. Only appeared when I was ready to continue the conversation and finalize the purchase. By the time I got home I had plenty of miles to listen, feel and reassure myself that the car was in a great condition – no hidden surprises. Great experience.
Came in for an oil change, new wiper blades, & tire rotation. Ended up having to leave my car overnight. The tech discovered that the last time I had my oil changed (at Firestone on 76th St) they damaged the relief valve in the oil adapter housing. Next day had to pay $1105.03 for what I came in for plus the discovered damage. I filed a claim with Firestone. I hope the tech who worked on my car at Holz will be able to assist in getting my money back for the repair.
