I found a vehicle on their website (late at night, 4 am) that met all the needs of my family so I sent an email inquiring about the vehicle. Chris Wright returned my email within a hour of the dealership opening for the day. He was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. He worked diligently and was able to get me a good deal on my vehicle.
Top notch dealership and proud that they serve lil ol' Dickinson. Friendly staff and very honest (as far as salesmen go). I hope they stick around as a Dickinson staple. The city has been through a lot this past year.
Awesome customer services; none better in my eyes. Focused fully on doing a great job in a timely manner. Loaner car was our salvation because starting a new job and getting to work are a top priority.

I had concerns about my service the prior week as my tire pressure was not noted. I informed the service manager who invited me to come back in and he would have my tires checked again free of charge. They found a problem and repaired it quickly. They are the best!!

Archer KIA sold us our van which we paid fair price for. We also purchase the most complete warranty coverage they offered and we were glad we did. When the automatic sliding door started to fail, they took the car in and turned it over in about 24hours. They also were helpful in finding our information about the warranty. They never asked for the paperwork back from when we bought the car about year and a half ago, they sorted. I appreciated that. but the best part was that they also changed the other motor, for the door I haven`t complained yet, but it was also already giving me problems to close sometimes. Being a mother of 5 children and really needing a working reliable van, I gained confidence in my KIA and in my dealer. They took care of me in more than I had asked, in one trip and that was huge. Thank you guys.
Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
The sales group was very helpful and receptive to my needs. We looked at several models of trucks and was given a great explanation of the benefit's and features on each. I will come back next time.
