Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Yes, it is an older model but I have always addressed any issues with it since I bought it and kept up on all maintenance. Amber Day, the service department advisor listened to my description of the problem with my car. I knew it needed extensive front suspension work due to normal wear on a 2015 vehicle. Amber kept in touch with me after the diagnosis and during the work being done. She rode along with the technician on the test drive after the work was done. She didn't give it the ok until she was satisfied with the ride and the handling of my car. I am very satisfied with Amber and the technicians at Pilson Ford. Their service standards are high. My car now rides like a DREAM!

Wayne was our salesperson - he was exactly what we needed. I told him what we were looking for, he showed us what he had in his inventory and told us to take a look at which ones we were interested in. We looked at a few cars and test drove a couple of them. We found our car without feeling pressure. Wayne was incredibly helpful and gave us a positive car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Sensible Choice and specifically Wayne.

2015 Chevrolet Sonic review
Well made and very safe with 8 air bags for a smaller car. Nice easy to use dash and controls, comfortable seats. For an inexpensive car, the appointments and attention to details is outstanding. Quiet ride, lots of window space. For me personally, I wish the hatchback window was larger..but I'm short so it's probably a "me" thing!

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

2015 Chevrolet Sonic review
Purchased the 2015 Chevy sonic at a dealer used for almost 15,000 miles that’s a lot for a used vehicle but with the market the way it is now used. Vehicles are a lot more expensive. Good thing I got the extended warranty on the unit because about six months later, the engine started heating up to where the check engine light would come on took it to you a Chevy dealer and not the dealer I bought it from and they found it needed a new radiator thermostat and oil seal gasket still cost me almost $300 but it would’ve cost me over 2300 to repair it my warranty is for 72 months or 80,000 miles which is great since I don’t actually drive it that much gas mileage is really good at it it’s a turbo so it really has a lot of power but one of the thing I noticed is that the car was clear coated And the rear bumper is starting to peel off the clearcoat
