This was the first time I had been to Auburn Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Spark in for an oil change and tire pressure. I found the door to the Service area but the garage door did not open so I left my car just outside of the doors and went in to the service desk, I was greeted and I told them what I wanted and she told me it would be about an hour wait to be completed. She then went and moved my car to the other door and brought it inside. I went to the waiting room and waited until it was almost done when she came in and said the air and cabin filters needed to be changed. I said ok and it was about an half hour and it was done. I paid for the services and left. I do think she could have mentioned to me there was coffee there and vending machines if I was hungry. Overall my experience was things were fine including watching a little girl about 2 years old running all over the place.
I have bought a few cars in my life and I always end up spending the day at the dealer. Yesterday was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment with Michael Cady at 11:45. We ended up getting there almost an hour early and he was ready to help. The car was in great condition except for a couple deep scratches and dents on the back bumper. Michael and his boss explained to me that they would fix it at no cost. The price on the vehicle was amazing to start and the price they offered for my car was great also. My husband and I were out of the dealership in 3 hours. Michael Cady made this car buying experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used car.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.
Good friendly people, not pushy. Not the typical greasy car salesman. Do your homework come in and negotiate with them. They are willing to give a good price and match other dealerships! Worth the drive!

I’ve been in the market for a new car for awhile now, and have visited multiple dealerships. My experience here was like a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences at other dealers. My salesperson was knowledgeable, listened to what I told him, and wasn’t pushy. When it came down to the numbers their list price was low compared to the competition, and their trade offer was fair. I would definitely do business with them again next time I need a new car.
Excellent service from salesman with whom I had an appointment. Found it odd that I subsequently received phone calls from two other salesman. Sorta undermined the good service of the original salesman.

I had such a wonderful experience with Sean. I came in looking for a new car and was super limited on funds due to a significant unexpected life change. I was a little discouraged because I found a car but the down payment was too high. I told him what I could do that day and him and Robin worked for several hours running through their entire inventory and running my numbers to find me the right car. I thought it would be just a running car. Not very nice but I just needed something. When Sean pulled up in my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra i almost cried. I never owned a car so nice. I didn't have enough down to purchase a warranty but they offered me gap insurance at no extra monthly. Buying used cars can always be a risk but I felt Sean really wanted to genuinely help me.
