Lou Bachrodt Pompano Chevrolet review
The Best Car-Buying Experience We’ve Ever Had! We recently purchased a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt Pompano Beach Chevrolet and I can honestly say this was the greatest car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Having purchased several new and used cars in the last 10 years from multiple brands and dealerships, I know that the car buying experience can be a daunting process. Not anymore. Lou Bachrodt Pompano Beach Chevrolet "turned my frown upside down". Our sales consultant, Rory, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, he actually listened to what we were looking for. He took the time to understand our needs and found us the perfect vehicle. Rory answered every question we had and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. We never once felt pressured. Bill in the finance department was also an incredible asset to the dealership. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, answered all of our questions, and worked hard to find us the best available rate. We truly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. The quality of their vehicles is excellent, and they have a great variety of quality used cars on the lot. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, they will more than likely be able to source the right vehicle for you in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased. Even though it’s a used vehicle, it looks and feels like a brand-new vehicle! I highly recommend Lou Bachrodt Automotive Group, and I especially recommend Rory. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Rory when you walk through the door — you will not be disappointed! Thank you to Hugh’s team and especially Rory and Bill, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive and seemless experience! 🚗👏

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm BeachReviews
AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
From the moment we walked in getting greeted from April to make us feel comfortable immediately. We had the best experience with Cadillac auto nation! Abbi our sales guy made the entire experience so smooth. Answered all Our questions and made it the easiest buying a car experience ever. We were so lucky to meet the GM, John during our experience. This is the first time we have ever been able to ask the GM direct questions and get honest answers. We have never been able to ask the GM any questions when we have bought other cars. We were so happy and there was no stress at all the entire time. Usually when you get done with the sales experience you are so worn out from all of the back and forth the last thing you want to do is head into another office but with our entire experience this wasn’t the case. Abbi was so thorough and by the time we completed the great experience with him and John the GM we went into the fiance office and got to meet Maya. She was so genuine and excited for us and every moment was so delightful. We were so relieved that she had a couple options for us to add on because with our last car that was missing and we want to go into this new lease feeling secure incase little things happen that we are covered to help the experience at the end so we will secure in case something happens for over mileage, scratches, dents etc. We also got to meet the service department manager while we were there and he introduced himself and was so excited to have us apart of the Cadillac family. He already was so confident to let him know if anything went wrong had wouid take care of us. The entire experience was eye opening with how you should be treated when you decide to buy or lease a car

I recently purchased a vehicle at Delray Honda. My salesman was Zack Coker, he was very helpful and actually listened to me. Please ask for Zack! He was excellent and I was out the door with my car in record time. Everyone else was great, I was in the used car business so I know great service when I get it.

Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto MallReviews
Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from Ed Morse Sawgrass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My sales professional, Mr. William "Billy" Mashraky, went above and beyond to ensure the entire purchase process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I met Billy, he was honest, professional, transparent, reliable, and genuinely listened to my needs. He took the time to help me set up my new truck and made sure all the features and options I wanted were included. Before I left the dealership, he patiently helped me set up the truck's technology and other features. Even after I drove off the lot, Billy followed up with a text to make sure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at Ed Morse Sawgrass was welcoming and friendly. The General Manager, Mr. Jordan Schear and Finance Manager, Mr. Bradley Taylor, both took the time to introduce themselves, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. As a veteran and first responder, I especially appreciated that the team made sure I received every discount available through General Motors and the dealership. They went out of their way to ensure I received all the savings I qualified for. A few weeks after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have running boards installed and to replace both windshield cowls on my new truck. Mr. Shiv Balkaran from the Service Department assisted me, and he provided the same outstanding level of customer service that I experienced during the sales process. Shiv was friendly, honest, professional, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It's reassuring to know that the excellent customer service at Ed Morse Sawgrass continues long after the sale. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ed Morse Sawgrass. From the sales team to the service department, my experience exceeded my expectations. I will gladly recommend Billy, Shiv, and the entire team at Ed Morse Sawgrass to my family and friends.

AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines review
Great experience from start to finish. I went here after looking online to possibly trade in my vehicle. I’ve had my jeep for 5 years and wanted a change. I went in and was greeted by Miguel, I knew what I wanted and he showed me my options. The service was great from start to finish. Thank you Miguel and Jose.

Miami Lakes Automall - Chevrolet Kia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!
