Gave Charles Blobaum a call requesting that he find me a used vehicle with 4 wheel drive. He called within hours and I tried out a Ford Escape and purchased it the same day. Can't thank Charles enough for his hard work and professionalism.
Jesse was a great guy to work with!! I would highly recommend him to anyone and I give him a 5 star rating. We just were not able to come to an agreement on price of a pickup that needed a bunch work done to it right away to make it a safe vehicle. Between the backup camera not working, rear main seal leaking and weather cracked tires, they weren't willing to budge on price or offer to fix the vehicle to make sure the customer would be safe as soon as the pickup left the lot. Jesse provided an amazing experience and did all he could do for me. I wanted to drive away happy knowing I just purchased a safe and reliable vehicle for my family, but I wasn't going to able to do that as they were not willing to do the work to the pickup to make it safe and reliable. I wish the people above him were more willing to work with a customer and cared more about the customer's safety than the money in their pocket.
I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service. In need of a car, go to this place first!

A totally wonderful experience! We drove over 250 miles to look at a van with a good price. The salesman assured me they would not sell it before we test drove it. Other dealers I had contacted would not give me this guarantee. The van was ready to go as we arrived. We had tight time restraints to look at the van, make a decision, and get back home. When I saw a full tank of gas , I said to myself, one less stop and home earlier. It made an impression to say the least. The staff was friendly and helpful. They returned phone calls promptly. I came in just to ask a few questions because i was thinking of starting a lease for a new car! I have never done this before and Chanler was very helpful. She walked me through what all would happen and payment plans and everything. I left knowing exactly what I wanted and with a plan! I love this dealership and highly recommend it. Based on my visit I experience excellent client service.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
A couple of months ago, I was involved in an accident which resulted in my vehicle being totaled. I contacted Ted right away. Unique Auto has body shop facilities so I had towed to his location. After contacting my insurance company, Ted assisted me through their processes then to find a suitable replacement. He was able to find a great replacement. The Unique Auto staff was very helpful through out the process! Thanks!
