Came in two and a half years ago with my eye on a silver, 2015 Mazda3 sedan shown on their website, took a test drive, made a quick and comfortable deal with Ben and really fell in love with the car. Back again last week for scheduled service when I mentioned I wanted to try the 2018 hatchback version when my lease was up in July. Amanda and Ben said they could make one available to me within days, with same features and more, at same monthly fee, and with a check from Eagle to cover final payments on original lease. Great deal. Great car.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.

I live in Riverhead and considering a GMC for my next car purchase. I have visited the dealership twice and looked at a few SUV's I was interested in. I didn't work with a sales rep, I just walked around the parking lot on my own time.
From what I can see here, it makes a lot of sense to buy my car there, considering almost every person here had a great experience.
My question to the forum is, has anyone dealt with a situation in which you traded in your car at GMC Rvrhd. but still owed money on your loan? i.e - negative equity?
if so, how was your experience with Riverhead GMC and the sales rep you dealt with?
If you can reply back, I'd really appreciate it. Details on the process would be helpful too.
I've had new cars since every couple of years and this was the best experience we had. I got what I wanted no haggling. We were in and out when signing the papers. I highly recommend going to Smithtown Kia.
