When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. I was having an electrical problem and he scanned my vehicle and located the problem. It was a screen and module that had gone bad.
